at 24:00 its actually the future that always existed, Skynet sending back the terminator directly leads to the creation of Skynet. It's called the Boot-Strap Paradox. Pretty much an event only happened because someone from the future came and caused it to happen in the first place. Basically says that if time travel is possible, it already happened and we are already living in the timeline as a result of what already happened because of what the travelers already did. In simpler words you can't change the past, since it already happened.
@Renegade27863 жыл бұрын

Robert Patrick the guy that played the T-1000 actually has a limp in Real life from a motorcycle accident. When they got done and he saw the final film he was amazed that the computer in the CG scenes captured his limp while he was walking so it really looked like him. and the reason Eddie Furlong's (john Connor) voice was squeaking is Puberty decided to hit him hard right when this movie was being made. So his voice cracked a lot for the orderly who licked Sara's cheek. Most people just think hes being a creeper but there is actually a reason for it. he was checking for a reaction. Nerual typical people would have tried to move or get away or wipe it off but her just laying there indicates she was moving into a catatonic state, but as we know she was just faking it.

Robert Patrick practiced not blinking or showing that he is breathing, even when shooting for this movie because he said a robot would have no reason to blink or breathe. I think the camera caught him blink once or maybe twice in the entire movie, and even when he is chasing the car on foot you can see his shest and mouth are dead still, and even if you don't directly notice his lack of blinking or breathing, it does help to pass of that robot persona

The scene where they take out the chip is pretty amazing. You're watching the extended edition. I know because the original doesn't have the Terminator try to smile, or the dream where Kyle Reese tells her to get John and they take out the scene with the chip which probably took a lot to set up right. In the original the Terminator just says the more he's around humans the more he learns and they cut right around that bit. The camera is behind a fake Arnie, with John on the left and Linda Hamilton's sister on the right. There's no mirror. Arnie is facing the camera with a stand in for John standing just out of view and Linda Hamilton facing the camera. Then they have to match the exact movement so it looks like they're looking into a mirror. If you didn't know you probably wouldn't even notice. It's brilliant.

Fun Fact(s): Robert Patrick took special Yoga classes AND special firearms training before filming began. He learned how to breath while running in a way that doesn't look like he is exerting himself, as well as how to fire weapons with both hands AND reload without looking at his guns while doing it. He was able to run so fast without looking like he was exerting himself, that they had to do the 'running in the garage scene" 2 times.... because the FIRST time, he outran both the camera crew and the stuntman on the motorcycle and caught him. (Basically, the stunt guy was doing around 15-20mph and figured that would be fast enough in the space given to film, without knowing that Patrick could cover that ground faster sprinting (around 20-25mph) over the distance. Keep in mind that while this is indeed "fast" for humans sprinting in a short distance, they aren't built to keep this speed up for long or over a long distance. Still, the point is. Patrick caught everyone unprepared and they had to do the scene a second time going even faster than before.

The scene where Sarah gets beaten by the orderly was torture because the actor playing him was reluctant to hit Linda Hamilton.
