For anyone who's worried about The Walten Files or wants to watch it: It's mostly distorted imagery and gore, it is mostly meant to be unsettling but I would not recommend you watch it if you struggle with any phobia related to humanlike things or distorted imagery. I would also advise against watching if you struggle with psychosis, paranoia, hallucinations, depersonalisation or derealisation (Vent-ish) I have all of those and now I have trauma linked to The Walten Files that I'm struggling to get over so yeah, wouldn't advise it if you're sensitive to anything like that 😰 (Vent end) Aside from that, the story is very interesting and if you don't have any problem with distorted imagery or gore, I would recommend it!

Also, for anyone in the same position as me, here's a guide for trying to recover. Healing works differently for everyone, but here's what helps me: Try to keep it out of your mind when you can, choose a specific hour/half hour to think about it every day and immediately distract yourself otherwise. Distance yourself from it as much as you can, avoid anywhere you could see imagery relating to it After a while, try to watch it again and then take time to calm down from it. Repeat this process a few times until it no longer scares you. Maybe take some time to speak over the video, call the rabbit a Silly Poo for murdering the wrong person :) Maybe when you rewatch it, watch someone else reacting to it like Mac, if you feel more comfortable with someone else commentating and being afraid with you This works for me but everyone heals differently so don't continue if symptoms become worse :)
