I’m 45. This year I went through divorce from Feb - July. I felt like I aged 5 years in 6 months. Suddenly I got high blood pressure and dark puffy circles under my eyes. No energy. 5’9 and 195 lbs. I corrected my diet and started taking several popular supplements. I started walking 10k steps per day. Now that I’m in my own place, my stress is way down. I did THREE things in January that have made a HUGE difference and reversed some of this: Floor sleeping, no lotions or oils on skin literally cured my rosacea, and Carnivore diet. I've lost weight, my joints stopped hurting by 90%, floor sleeping corrected my uneven hips, my crusty heels became soft for the first time in 20 years, no more hot flashes;my period actually returned, libido returned as well. Looking forward to more postive changes

Two bouts of Covid, didn't help matters. However, never was a quiter, so fighting back. Fasting, proper nutrients, sleep, and walking have made a big dent in the aging process. So much, that my family doctor commented how in shape I am. Now 67 and still fighting, but its a good fight. Never give up, never give in. When life is tough, YOU GET TOUGHER!

Great work man! Thanks for keeping us informed. I’m 42 now. Been carnivore going on 3 years. No alcohol in 5 years this Xmas. I’ve surfed everyday we’ve had waves here, which is almost every single day, for between 3 to 6 hours a day, for 3 years straight. Feeling great. I go to bed by 8pm and I’m up at 3:30am. I fast but it’s mostly because after I eat lunch around 2pm, I’m not hungry again till I wake up. I also started taking NAC regularly some 7 or 8 years ago, for lung issues and phlegm that never went away. I haven’t been sick in forever. I only suffered a bacterial infection from a sewage leak near where I was surfing, and I didn’t take antibiotics. I used a few plant remedies, and got over it no problem, but that’s about the only time I’ve been sick in half decade now. My surf injuries heal extra fast. Only thing I’ve noticed is more grey on goatee. I thought the NAC was the cause. Started supplementing a little copper. But, I feel great and I’m hoping that 44 thing and aging or whatever doesn’t happen to me. I also started skateboarding again after a 1/4 century hiatus and am almost better now at 42 in many ways. Why do you take glutathione with NAC? Isn’t NAC a precursor for the production of the former? Berberine at night to increase autophagy?? Interesting. BTW, did you see it looks like the people who took that thing in 2020 were given nano robot parasites! How the F can you detox those?! I have some friends who wouldn’t listen and they have seen their health decline. I recommended all the same stuff you did here. What blows me away is that ivermectin seems to have stopped the problem…but I can’t fathom how if the robot parasites are indeed real. I also saw recently that ivermectin was used to cure cancer….which is interesting because the more and more I think about health, the more and more I get the feeling that cancer is a parasite problem. My view is, is that there’s tons of unidentified parasites and that they eat chunks of our genetic information as we’re rebuilding ourselves, causing the defects. I recently listen to an older lady, cancer researcher of 40 years, recount how a friend of hers with stage 4 bone cancer, given 4 weeks to live, beat it entirely in two weeks with ivermectin. No Bs. That in my mind says the cancer was parasitic. All these people who’ve had accelerated cancer from taking the thing in 2020 should probably go abroad to get some anti parasitic drugs. Just saying.

Sounds like these years 44 and 60 are not set in stone, and vary depending on individual strengths and weaknesses. For me for example, I looked and felt GREAT throughout my entire 40s, which was 2009 through most of 2018. I was still a gym rat, got lots of sun, and worked/slept normal hours. And maybe I would have kept up that good pace -- but right before I hit 50, my dad had two strokes (he already had Parkinson's dementia), and then he passed in January 2019. So my stress and health started to go downhill. And it got worse from my dealing with my mom's memory loss, then the covid panic, then losing too much weight on keto, and then a dvt clot two years later. No wonder I ended up with anemia and an anxiety attack. Now five years later, I'm still working out only from home, except for a few times this year as a gym guest. Each of those gym workouts made me feel great again. 💪So this weekend I plan to rejoin my old gym so I can push myself a little harder and hopefully reverse my downhill slide! ... Related to another question in this video: when I was on a blood thinner two years ago after my dvt, I kept taking vitamin K2 and eating daily dark greens and cheese, etc, with no issues. But as a habit I only take K2 every other day, because supposedly it stays bioavailable / active for up to 48 hours.

I would agree with that.. if people are consuming all the sugar, high carb, processed foods, to include seed oils and alcohol! Couple that with little to no exercise...Most definitely! Very definitely .. ! Can people reverse the damage? In many cases yes, however.. there are just some scenarios, that the damage is profound.. and the reversal may be minimal. This of course is higly dependant on a person's genetic triggers. Your body can only fight off the damage from consumption of garbage and toxins so long .

@philliphartman23812 ай бұрын
What I believe is happening here is not that the body is on a time table, but that once a certain amount of damage has built up, the body will abandon certain processes. For example, as we get colder and colder, the body will first cut circulation to the extremities to divert heat to the core. So due to similar diets and similar biology, people are hitting these circuit breakers at the same time. Around 44, NAD+, mitochondrial function gets so low that the body says, "hey hair color, smooth skin, are not that important. we're going to stop putting resources into maintaining those".
@dmistry83042 ай бұрын
I was thinking along these lines too. I had a look at my genetic SNPs to see if I could support my metabolism better and.found out I had a few SNPs for detox and.nervous system. Your cornea muscles that control your lens become less capable , between 41 and 42, with very little flexibility. This is when presbyopia begins. Optometrists and ophthalmologists have told me that this capability is for all practical purposes unavoidable, even with advanced nutrition and exercise. Subsequently, since then, I've improved my health incredibly; ever now I am 55, and I feel healthier than I did when I was in my 40s, even though I was Midway through improving my health; therefore, I've concluded that the average person needs to start improving their health at the earliest possible time I would recommend from your 34th birthday to start taking your health seriously however 27 to 21 would be preferable.

I am about to turn 44, my husband is 60. Agree, alcohol is coming to an end for both of us. We now drink Athletic Beer during the week whilst we transition off the habit of ‘glass of wine to end the day’.

I've been saying for years that it seems like people go through a accelerated transformation around their 40s/50s (some even in their 30s) kinda like the accelerated transformation we go through during puberty both physical and mental changes but it's not talked about the way we talk about puberty with teens. I think it should be more openly discussed. when young adults are going through puberty we actively talk about the changes and explain the way they are feeling mentally and changing physically is normal/natural and everyone goes through it. On the other side I see many people physically and mentally change when they're older but it's not spoke about, some aspects have become more spoke about like menopause in women and erectile dysfunction in men but even these are often swept under the rug and only whispered about and even then everything else tends to get bundled under them, you're only feeling this way because of menopause your depressed because of erectile dysfunction, yeah it's part of a bigger process but let's call it what it is "reverse puberty", (my own term) hormones are changing which is impacting everything from your mindset to physical changes the way it did through puberty and funnily enough puberty takes on average 2 to 5 years and this seems to be a similar time scale I've observed in my mother and father, my mother is 55 and has aged like 10 years in the past 2 years she calls it "the change" a term used for menopause but it's much more than just menopause I watched it happen to my dad when he was around the same age what do we call it in him. The physical side is accepted we all accept it as part of aging but I feel the emotional/mental side is neglected and should be talked about openly the way we talk about it for puberty as a natural part of aging, yeah it feels shit but it's a part of your cycle, some will experience either more severe or mild mental health changes just like as a teen but we're all gonna experience it.

I am 44 often mistaken for someone mid 30s, but you hit the nail on the head with alcohol. I have never been a drinker but used to make an occasional tequila hot toddy when I had a cough. Now I just feel like crap after so the benefit no longer is worth it.

I am 63. Did not noticed anything..maybe after 55. Got an operation last Februari. They noticed that my bones become more bad and there was calcium build up in my spine what did not belong there. Sometimes a little bit brainfog. I try not eat sugar and take extra vit D and probiotica. I let someone test my hair to see what is missing in my body. Almost all vit B was missing so I take that extra. K2 with D, I read that it is good to let calcium not building up at the wrong places.

This is scary… I’ve been saying that I feel like “I’ve aged a decade in the last year or so” and I’m 45. This is only mentally and in my face/hair. I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss and my body looks better than average for a woman on the “downside of the hill” but I definitely noticed that my face looks old and the gray hair is popping off for real. I take supplements, stay active, and focus on eating whole foods. Just sucks feeling so ugly in the looks department though. I mean, I never was a beauty queen, but I’m really starting to enter my “hag era” now lol!

Well, until a cure for MS that restores my central nervous system is developed, I'm screwed. I can barely walk or use my right arm, and I only have a decade before I'm 60 to put muscle back on my frame.

Try some spine therapy. My neck has had a bulging disc over the past year after I went to the chiropractor a year and a half ago. My neck x-ray showed my neck-spine had shifted almost three inches off to the right. He straightened me out but I think he pinched a nerve or caused a bulging disc. Some youtube videos covering therapy for herniated discs have nearly cured this awful lightning pain in the left side of my body over the past three weeks. I definitely recommend therapy
