I agree 100%. Im fed up with it honestly. Between society here in Ontario , Canada. A breakup with my partner of 7 years. The way of the world now since covid, and the thoughts that Totalitarianism is inevitably coming is really wearing me down. Its starting to take a physical toll on my health. I just want a break from the never ending thoughts. Like someone else commented, life is hard when you have empathy and care for others. My vulnerability was my ultimate downfall.

Owning a few acres is the way to go these days, got some land have a decent new mobile home for the time being until I can afford something better, and have more savings then I ever had spending a grand a month on some shitty apartment in a noisy cluttered area. Have free eggs, (built a coop and bought a few chickens) plenty of space to exercise and work on projects, fenced in a 9k sq foot area for my 2 dogs, it's great and I'm only 27. Still driving into the city for work for now, but the serenity and peace living out here is amazing. They race dirt bikes every afternoon and I hear every bit of the loud noise. I have asked them to consider my peace, but they refused and told me to never contact them again. They also have roosters that cockadoodledoo at all hours of the night and day. I was here first (21 years ago to be exact) and they infringed on me five years ago. I'm the same way about fitting into this world. I was a mechanic for a few years. In my 20s I was the only Master Certified tech in a dealership with people twice my age who never passed the tests. I immediately became sick of ripping people off, it's all true about taking your car in, yeah there was plenty of work doing repairs that were actually needed but of course the goal was to upsell as much as you could on every single car. And the robbery occured in the other direction too, me doing backbreaking work for some rich guy who owned multiple dealerships, and the service writers sitting down all day in the air conditioned office making as much or more money than me doing the actual work. People these days always say forget college and just get into a trade, but depending on the job, physical labor can really suck. Any work that wears away at your body is a whole other level of sacrifice being made for the paycheck, an extra price you are paying that non-labor jobs don't involve. Don't sweat and struggle all day if you can avoid it. So even after paying for the education and training, I left that job. And I've always hated working in general, has nothing to do with being lazy but exactly what you described here, slaving away for someone else. What you said about used cars is true. Some years back I was pretty desperate to get a vehicle too and I thought I found something decent. It was the only time I actually bought something from a car lot. Within a day or two, after I had taken it on the highway and the car had time to complete all the emissions tests that the computer does, the check engine light came on. Of course they had just cleared the codes and the engine light and sold the car. I had taken the car for a very long test drive the first time I saw it and it seemed okay, but there is only so much you can do. It takes time and multiple trips for the check engine light to trigger. It was just an oxygen sensor code so I kept the car and dealt with it, but definitely got ripped by someone willing to lie and sell a car with problems. (Ironic I know since I was a mechanic, but this was years later after I didn't have access to tools and scanners at the time). Like you said, whenever I sell something, I am totally honest, don't feel like lying to someone to make a buck. It is not easy to live like this and I don't really have any other skills or talents where I can make money in a non-traditional way. But it doesn't even feel like a choice, I seriously can't handle going to work every day.

I'm a slave to the job, is it worth it? Well, that day I ensured that I was fired and have lived by my wits since. All in all it's been ok, better than making a slave wage. Had the girl the truck the condo and good job but the uncertainty of sales convinced me to tuck away from it all. I’m now working to get a job just to pay for a camp site with hookups so I can atleast rough it a while get out of debt then credit will be good enough then maybe hop states maybe back to Texas where shits cheaper. This! Bro you're really smart at thinking out of the box. How about pharmaceuticals that are not treating any illness except just relieving the symptoms and then creating short and long-term side effects alongside a bad illness. How about big distribution, nowadays food is full of additives, cut out of the real energy and necessary nutritional value that one really needs to be filled & fueled efficiently, and boosted on all this other disgusting and useless nutritional values, saturated fats, sugars .. that's a really good point you made. How about smartphones that keep you hooked for so long, as though it was a drug that isn't even regulated on the market. People could develop addiction to this stuff, kids as much as adults alike. It's worrying, that they got us addicted to all their too easy dopamine-rush. I see everything you're saying, and I agree with it 100% thanks your point.

we should of never left the barter system so like you were saying we all fend for ourselves and we trade for goods and services like one person might grow food i trade with them for wares or another person might have something else for trade etc. The world we live in now paper money is the bondage that keeps us slaves to the system. I agree i hate this sht and some people don't even fkn realize head in the clouds.

Bro mechanics are the dodgiest c***s! Here in Australia it’s the most unregulated trade out there, take your car for a service = they tell you you need all this shit you don’t need, it’s literally theft. Something needs to be done! Sorry you didn’t get what you paid for mate that sucks.

Yo Joey, I hear ya I dropped the 9 to 5 and became a sculptor as people respect art and it makes me feel good and 15 years later I own my own property and equipment woodshop and family are a part of my daily grind and this too, makes me feel overwhelmed, sometimes regardless, it is much better than when I used to sell investments and insurance or wait Tables Or work construction The way the world is set up now you’re destined to be a slave, no matter where you’re at unless you are into the pockets of a super rich, but your KZbin channel will give you this freedom and your comedy and obviously you’re an artist at heart so when I started pursuing the fundamental truth of what make me happy, I noticed that prosperity came my way even though I’m still broke at a different level I have pretty much everything I need, because I’ve turned my direction and focus to serving God and other people .

Hey man Loving the videos. When you explain how you don’t belong in this day and age and just the way you explained everything, I have thought this way since I was a child and your the only person I’ve ever heard who thought exactly like myself. I’ve lived in my Ford Explorer for a while also and I was happier then then any other time. Anyway keep spreading the good word and thanks for everything

have you heard of the hunter vs farmer hypothesis? Ever since agriculture became a thing, the system has favored farmer type people (this accelerated even more during the industrial revolution), who work from dawn till dusk following rigid schedules. Humans before were mostly hunters, and usually people with "ADD/ADHD" are just hunter type people. Hunters seem to be more creative and also business-minded, so they can become immensely wealthy by running a business, but that sometimes comes with "selling your soul" / giving up your morals You sound like a hunter type of person

Just clicked on the video but we live in a simulation… lets take video games for instance if you take the NES or N64 and compare it to the graphics now of the PS5 in that short amount of time in the grand scheme of things now even if you slowed down the evolution of video games by hundreds of years there will come a time it will to come a point where we’re not going to be able to distinguish or tell the difference between video games and reality.. so what makes me think that this is BASE REALITY.. it would be egotistical of me to believe this is base reality and we are the center of existence lol.. we live in an endlessly expanding infinite universe earth has been going on for billions of years there’s 8 billion people on earth right now let alone all time and if I’m lucky I’ll live 80 of it and die.. Obviously childhood traumas and my own lazy failures and mistakes led me to become an addict buttt I used to get high and have this theory NOTHING MATTERS WHO CARES ABOUT ANYTHING NOTHING MATTERS ANWAY!! now that I’m clean been clean for a little while now, when I was getting clean I started thinking well if “nothingg matters” anyway then why am I doing the SAME THING EVERYDAY living in a mental prison scared to fail scared to start my own business and become my own boss scared to approach a girl etc etc.. this is ALL I GOT!! can’t wait to hear what this video is about love when you drop a new video Joe.. considering your past and everything you’ve been through you starting this KZbin channel off at your age after everything you’ve been through took a lot of balls and it is inspiring!!! Keep doing your thing you’ve gotten over a million hits on a single video never happens to alot of people trying for yearsss

Hi Joey, How do you and your countrymen (and women) cope with the horrendous medical costs in the the US? Other things that Australians, and others I guess, can’t understand is the guns laws there, and also the low wages. I appreciate the wisdom in what you say. Neil Australia.

The gun laws in the U.S. help prevent that brutal COVID compliance tyranny witnessed in Australia during 2020-2021. There should have been an uprising in Australia over it.

Neil, I was born and raised here in the USA and I can’t understand the gun laws either, and I have health insurance, but I can’t really afford to use it. The middle class over here is practically gone-it’s now the rich and the poor. The vast majority are poor and struggling.

Joey, I gotta say, I always found you entertaining, but now I really gotta say I love ya. I'm gonna be graduating high school next year, and I've tried looking into my future to be prepared, but it's felt like I'm looking at nothing lately. It's hard enough to decide WHAT you wanna do, now it's damn near impossible to figure out HOW to do even the things you DON'T want to do, let alone follow your dreams. This whole world seems to have flipped, and we can't work from the top down like we have been. Honestly, the difference in our positions is the most comforting fact; that you've come to similar conclusions, even after experience and conditioning. ❤

The amount of oil available is a moving target. It is a finite resource, but they keep developing better technology that allows more oil to be extracted profitably. Re: OPEC, they control the amount of oil that's available to the world. If they limit the supply, they can keep the price up. It is definitely a huge screw, which is probably why they're pushing electric cars; the people who control the supply of electricity don't have to send off most of it to the Middle East. HERE'S A GREAT BOOK YOU SHOULD READ: Blowout, by Rachael Maddow. Great video.
