So back before 9/11 you could fish right up to where the water discharges out of unit 1, when it was really cold, fish would be thick up by the discharge.

My main problem with bass boat or single helm boat is the passenger has no protection from debris or wind . Make sure the passenger at least wears eye protection.

I wonder why the stripers in that system dont get very large. I used to fish below the spillways on the colorado river in texas and the average striper was over 10 lbs and fish up to 40 lbs werent uncommon

6 is two limits for all but the Arkansas River system where 10 is legal per person. 3 is the limit otherwise.
