From her very FIRST movement, I could tell she was BEYOND good. Her form, coordination, and strength are enviable!!! The guy who stayed for the whole video was EXCELLENT, too! Everyone was great.

I cant believe I finished the whole set. It is harder than I thought, especially the second part. I am glad that I did it! A tip for this workout, dont eat or drink too much before you do this, otherwise, you will have cramps. I am back after two weeks. I still remember how bad I felt two weeks ago, I could only do this workout once a week. Now I can follow up 4 times a week. So proud of myself! 18/06/2022 two sets in a day, the benefits of the workout are obvious. Back again after 2 months, I have to say I am so much stronger now. Unlike 2 months ago when I was out of breath, now I can easily follow the whole routine. Hi guys, I am back again to motivate you. I did one set today and I felt great, no more out of breath, other than that my body is used to this workout obviously. My body weight doesn't change too much, still about 60 kg, but most of my friends and family do see a big change in my body shape. They asked me what did I eat, and did I go to the gym? Well YES, I will go to the gym once per week. Food-wise, I don't touch deep-fry or sweets too much but trust me, I eat a lot of other food. Without a cardio workout, I don't think I am able to maintain my current status. Having a habit of exercising and enjoying it, is the biggest harvest of my 2022. 20.12.2022 First time coming back in 2023, feeling great and enjoying sweating! Today's my 2nd day doing this, I vomited yesterday but I felt light...I'm 16 n overweight...Many ppl make fun of me behind my back but now I'm done... I'm gonna continue. Just completed it for the first time. Didnt realize just how intense this was! Holy f. I feel so out of shape now. I had to stop halfway, stretch out my calves and breathe for a few mins before continuing. I vow to do this on a regular basis until i master it 💖💪. Good luck, all.

I cannot recommend this enough! Perfect for me, I can do it from my own home with nobody watching, but it is really good exercise. I do it two time in a row and there you have it - a 40 min workout. So so so good, I've been using this video for 4 or 5 months now. Love!

I did this routine in zumba class like twice a week & panting & almost died everytime lol... makes me wonder how she does this steadily & while giving instruction too. She truly inspires me..

Hell na I don’t have what it takes just yet! Lol. It holds true that you should have a variety of work outs. I have been doing hiit cardio and killing it. Then I come here and MAN! I could barely get through it. But I modified and finished up with my best. Thank God for KZbin trainers who take out the time to do this. To everyone who may read this, I’m proud of you!!!!! I can complete just 2 songs ! The third one I'm still unable to... I can see improvement in myself... even the movements r getting a bit controlled! Really nice routine... concentrates on all muscles and even the music is energetic! Feels like I'm in a real-time zumba class !

Last year, I was diagnosed to have a PCOS and exercising is one of the treatments. I tried this cardioworkout AND GIRL THIS IS SO EFFECTIVE. I lost 7kg of my weight and my ovaries are now back to NORMAL in just 6 months!!! It was bilateral btw and I did this exercise for 4 months with cheat days. TIRING BUT WORTH IT. You must try this guys I highly recommend it!!!!

This is pretty good actually. It's a good 20 mins exercise to be done daily. It's just the right balance. Better than the others 20/30 minutes classes online.

Being doing it on and off for a few weeks now and omg! The team amazes me and what the workout is doing to my body! I thought at first "20 min is nothing" then I was with my tongue out begging for mercy. Still the most awesome workout I came to know.

I saw the whole video I thought it’s not that tough coz I go gymming regularly but when I started my god I was sweating like hell and had to pause like 5 times for 10 seconds in the whole video it’s been 10 days I am doing this and now I have started to catch up with you guys Zumba is absolutely different from gymming because there you focus on one part at a time here you focus on all body parts together without a break and increases your stamina 10 times more Don’t give up guys do it you will feel a difference very soon

Keren, ini asli bikin banjir keringat, hari pertama hanya bertahan 9 menit, semoga hari berikutnya bisa sampai selesai. Akhirnya hari ini, stlah cuti hmil dn mlahirkn, sy kembali melakukannya, dan sy berhasil mengikutinya smpai akhir. Semangat utk menurunkan 10kg dlm 1bln. That is good, keep going, muscles have memory so, with time, will be better and better, but the nutrition part is super important if you want to loose weight, both things and lifting, will help out all transformation! 🙏

I love the way she explains every exercise, her movements are perfect and it is easy to follow her. We can see how the exercises need to be done so we do not end up with an injury. Also, her body is very relax, just imagine seeing Federer playing tennis, his body is like a feather. If our body is relax so are our muscules, we can avoid an injury and enjoy the exercises.

Those who are wondering if the workout works, it works great alright. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and girl, the first and second time was NOT easy. Now I manage to complete the workout with ZERO pauses and rests. Push through and trust me it helps. I went form 65 to 64.5 not much difference but imagine the potential after doing it for next 5 months. All the best 🎉 My weight is 62 now, I do strength workout too.

Ive known this video since 2018 and ive done the work out and it really works for me! For some medical problems i stopped doing this exercise for almost a year. Im excited to be back and did my first work out earlier and it felt really knowing I worked this morning and really exhausted. On top of that i do this work out in the garage! lol..youll sweat non stop! ^^,) LOve it..

15th!!!👀 Aye!!!😬 Just started her videos, this year, wish she had a core video, I'm not taking a 60 minute class...20-30 is good. I'm not joining the military, just need to stay active, stay fit, and feel young, so my metabolism at over 45yrs of age, keeps burning as it did in my earlier years. Wow! This is AWESOME! First time seeing this and I just finished following the workout video. It's sort of like Bodyattack but this is more fun and creative. Makes me feel badass while working out. I really like the touch of yoga to help my body cool down and stretch. Great sweat. Glad I saw this. Thanks for the video.

I've been doing a little bit of 30 min cardio exercises and wanted it to be more harsh so here I am. Day 1: Wish me luck lol (I managed to finish it and I feel very great. At around 8 min I stopped tho since my hip muscles hurt a ton but I continued on afterwards with the rest. Very hard but very fun to do) Day 2: I stopped and rested a few days cuz I was busy but will still keep going. (I observed a lot of changes. Around the soleus muscle in my legs hurt but afterwards mothing hurts. This happened in my first run so nothing serious going on anyway what I observed was I feel like wanting more at the end. I didn't realize that was finished. At my first run I had a lil bit of hardships but not in this run. Very good improvement) Day 3: Same thing not much changed but I could stretch a bit more now Day 4: I'm running out of things to write so ima stop here. Will still continue this tho (I managed to do all of it without breaks except for the water break which is pretty cool) UPDATE After 5 Months: I really like this exercises and I can easily do them but with slight problems but is cool

I think this workout is really effective as I can see the result from my gf,she's been workout for almost 3months now. What I can do is to support her because i could see from her huge effort. Love this workout video 💪 and recommended for everyone to try this at home.

In a 60 minutes class you will experience more amazing exercise. I advice you to try a full Strong by Zumba class for a complete experience.

I agree with Skeptical Idealist: I think I have asthma... my lungs are burning and I have a hard time swallowing water :/ I got to about 10 min in full mode: I did the rest almost walking on the floor ! I think I’m getting a bit old for this lol

I take preworkout before really intense workouts, but that did nothing for me. I sweat more in these 20 mins than I do after running 5 miles. Love it!

I do this on my long workout days. So maybe four times a week and twice after a 2mile walk. I’m covered in sweat by the end by I feel so good and I can’t wait until I start to see more results. Working on my diet has been the hard diet especially during lockdown but I’ll get there. Don’t give up guys it’s worth the hard work at the end

Hace tres años con el 3 bebé quede con un peso de 165 libras. Hice todos los ejercicios que encontré en KZbin pero sentía que no era suficiente, encontré este video y el primer día solo hice los primeros 5 min. Al siguiente día termine como si hubiera corrido un maratón. Hice un día si!! Un poco día no hasta que en una semana podría hacer los 30 min. Lo importante es hacer ejercicio. Porque yo comía de todo en pocas porciones pero el ejército me ayudó mucho llegue a bajar en 6 meses a 139 libras. Deje de hacer ejercicio por exceso de trabajo y comer las porciones pequeñas de siempre, pero subi de peso ahora estoy en 150 libras 🥺 así que estoy de nuevo porque la dieta funciona pero con un buen ejercito de quemar 🔥 calorías 💪🥰💖

This has become one of my favourite workouts. It's still challenging. I go for a 5K run, then do M.r London's fupa abs work out. The next day I do this and the Mr. London fupa abs workout. And that's it, just this on repeat with a day or two in between for breaks. I have seen great results and my cardio stamina has gone up significantly.

It's my 5th day today...BOOM DONE!!!! My LIPOMA on my face are now ease so small NA like a Tigyawat/pimples now only unlike before it's getting bigger now it's smaller NA Thank-you guys! Even the whole 20min. Workout are so hard for my 92kilos body OBESE and I am only 4'11 I am still getting hook on it and it's a stress reliever too that's why at night I don't have insomnia NA cOz I sleep very well cOz I'm tired after I doing this every almost night NA hehehheh..God bless yah guys! Ive done this workput since the covid era 2020. N even when i stopped working out it was the one workout that was always in my head when i resumed. Started again june 2024 and now were in sep. Im changing it up to the next video on october cause this has started to feel comfortable...ish😅. It really has changed my body, endurance and strength. I wish the full workout was available.

Wowww! The energy, the moves and the music!! It's all perfect! I was just looking to find new exercises, not planning on working out but her energy had me up. It's so much fun!! I've never seen some of these moves. Amazing job

saved my quarantine for sure.. haven't left the house in more than two months and this is the only excercise I do.. the first time I couldn't even finish the whole 20 mins.. going on it's easier and easier

Amazing job, I've done many different workouts in my life and I can easily say this is one of my favorites, I feel sweaty and tired, but it makes me even more motivated to do more and it's not that obvious with the rest, sometimes I get really discouraged post-workout, so good job on this one!

To think this is supposed to be 60 mins 😱😱😂This was challenging for me but I love that. If you're doing this, dont stop half way, just do the moves at yout own pace until we can get to their level. I wish they had a studio where I live. 👏🏽👏🏽All the best on the journey of you.
