You will not stop eating sweet potato if you cook it this way! Easy dinner recipe » vegan & healthy! This is a delicious vegan dinner with sweet potato, chickpeas and spinach. If you do not have any dinner ideas and would like to try something deliciously new try this vegan recipe and I am sure you will want to make it again!

3 sweet potatoes
2 garlic cloves
200g | 7oz cherry tomatoes
400g | 14oz | chickpeas
2 handfuls spinach
salt & black pepper
1tsp ground cumin
1tsp smoked paprika
🥣Ingredients for the topping:
1/2 red onion
Salt
Lemon juice

So you used garlic , cherry tomatoes, spinach, sautay it, salt, pepper, chick peas, cumin. Cut red onion salt, pepper and lemon juice, Bake sweet potatoes, cut in half put in the mixture, and top with red onion, sprinkle Tahini sauce on top. Looks good. I want to try this recipe!

The secret to sweeter sweet potatos is to start with a cold oven. As the temp rises gradually to around 300 degrees, the sugar in the potatos starts to carmelize and becomes sweeter. Try it, you'll like it.

Bravo for adding the Tahini sauce at the end. At my local Walmart in Montreal, they sell regular tahini, tahini with dates, tahini with honey, and a tahini spread that is seasoned. Who needs butter or mayo, when you have all these different types of tahini dressing to enjoy on almost everything.

To make tahini sauce mix 1/3 cup tahini with some water to create the desired consistency then add half or whole chopped clove of garlic (to your taste), a bit of lemon juice, cumin (optional but makes it even better) and salt to taste. This tahini sauce is delicious and can be used with salads and many other dishes. Have a nice day!🌞🌷💕

Tahini dressing isn’t listed in the recipe. Is it tahini, lemon juice, water and garlic? I’ve made a very similar recipe in the past and the tahini dressing pulled it together really well. Looks great!

Для переваривания животного белка организм привыкает вырабатывать огромное кол-во желудочной кислоты. Поэтому важно перестать употреблять животный белок.
