These are the hardest workouts I have ever done. I feel so much stronger after 4 weeks! I'm dead every single day but still somehow enjoy these killer workouts. Thank you so much!

Love these workouts! Especially during the pandemic, it's a great stress reliever and mood booster!!! I've recommended to all my friends. Congrats everyone on completing WEEK 4! I can't believe it's already 4 weeks! Heather you are AMAZING! I started this nearly 18 months post-partum (after my 2nd kiddo) and although I lost my pregnancy weight, this program is helping rebuild muscles (namely the core). The only hiccup I've come across was all the squats I cracked my tailbone, so I modified the squats that put pressure on my injured tailbone and off we go. I highly recommend this program for all Mom's out there looking to tone up or help tackle postpartum depression - exercise is one of the best ways to overcome depression!!!

I’m almost 50, a good 50lbs overweight, and this is the longest I’ve stayed with a routine consistently. My knees are bad so there are no “jump-lunges” for me.🙄 I jump, I lunge, I squat and just keep moving! I really appreciate that Heather isn’t talking through the whole thing...I can feel a difference in my thighs and shoulders and can tell I’m improving both strength and stamina!

Did you finish the whole 12 weeks? Any feedback? I just finished week 4 - just gone 50 and was not exactly ready for this intensity but l survived 4 weeks

@@amaliabarthel3203 I did finish the whole 12 weeks, swearing at Heather most days! It became kind of a challenge for me to finish the whole 12 weeks and I had the luxury of not having kids at home and not having a full-time job and having to make time. I also have a FB group where we can complain and encourage each other. I love these workouts because she isn't talking the whole time, 'come on, you can do it!' kind of stuff. I hate freaking burpees, love the arm workouts, and definitely feel stronger for having done this program. (not sure if that's helpful)

@@simonclark8882 Thank you. You made me laugh. I did swear at Heather the first session, then I read more comments and decided to hold my tongue. The burpees are still killing me and the push-ups but I try to get better and do more every time. I didn't think the talking would be so important - I guess I used to do workouts from Instagram and those are non-verbal and short videos - you do them and repeat 4-5 times and nobody tells you anything. I will keep going - I just did the Day2 week 5 which was absolutely brutal / 45 sec with 15 sec break + abs. I want to repeat this session in a couple of months because I couldn't do everything 100% - good to know I have quite a bit to improve. I agree - being able to make "space" for these workouts is super important. Now with the pandemic, WFH - it seems the ideal time to prioritize this. Did you have to get heavier weights for later weeks?

Dripping here! I have had so many compliments about my weight loss since starting this program but I have not lost any weight! My body shape has been changing though and my arms and waist and thighs more toned so thank you Heather!

Corrie same here...no weight loss...maybe 2lbs but I think everything is now tight (recording all food/activity on lifesum) It's so worth it in the long run

My little boys were watching me work out, and I was dying from this workout so I said, "Omygosh boys, this workout is SO hard!" One of them replied, "Well, it DOES say it's a killer workout." 😆

Phase 1 complete! I have been regularly exercising all my life and have gotten bored/annoyed of working out with the same person in other programs. Heather's workout have been surprisingly enjoyable. Usually by this point I am ready for a change, but I really like the simplicity and effectiveness of Heather's workouts. I don't have to think about what workout I'm going to do every day, and I don't feel the pressure to "push harder." I give her workouts whatever I've got for that day and I don't have someone's voice telling me to "give it all you've got." I already know how much gas is in the tank and I'm able to exercise intuitively. That's been a big deal for me. If you are familiar with form, I would recommend to anyone. If you are a beginner to exercise, you may want some guidance on how to perform the moves safely.

Seeing and feeling tons of progress so far. Thank you for posting these for free--what a blessing. I enjoy being able to turn off my lights and crank up the music and be in my own world for 30-minutes. Kudos to you!!

At one point i was all cozy on my ball, and I'm like, "WHOO! a break!"- then realized she was just chair sitting on the air… I had to rewind and do over omgshhhhh We've EARNED a big bucket of water to replenish the river of sweat.

I have been a 3 year fan of Daniel and Kelli over at Fitness Blender and bought several of their workout plans and was a very faithful follower, but they have gone to interrupting the workouts with ads (even in the plans I paid for) and couldn't offer any support when I asked about it. SO - I was looking for a fitness home and I think that I've found it. The ads are all up front so I can be sure to concentrate on the work out and I love the music. Heather - you are amazing and I really appreciate the work and effort that you put into every move, every video, and the written 12 week plan. Thanks for your hard work and helping me stay healthy and strong too.

Heather - I share your workouts with anyone who will listen! Until I was about 23, my life was sports and dancing. At 23, I was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and was told my competitive days were over. I spent years going to regular physical therapy appointments. After 25, I had a series of back injuries that left me in chronic pain. I couldn't even get from the floor to standing without pain or re-injuring myself. Since then it's been yoga, walking, and swimming - despite these great forms of working out, I still felt fragile and likely to get re-injured. A few months ago, I tried your workouts and now do them 3-4 times a week. I NEVER thought I would jog, jump, do burpees, etc. again! Your workouts have brought me back to having a functioning, strong body. I haven't felt this good in so long!! Thank you, and I am looking forward to phrase 2 of the 12 week workout plan.

Week 4 Day 5: Completed. I’m 1 day late but I finished the 1st 4 weeks. It’s definitely been a challenging however I’ve worked too hard to come this far and turn around. 🙌 to Everyone who finished the 1st 4 weeks. I’m so proud of us!!! Heather; you are the real VP! Eight weeks to go... Let’s get it!!!!

Great end to week4! Loved it!!! My progress so far: no weight loss yet but my legs, ab area, and arms are leaner, I feel great and able to complete each workouts strong. So, I am very hopeful that if I stay committed till the end of week 12 that I will see more great results. I am very pleased with my progress so far and I have Heather to thank:D

I finished the first round of this program around a month ago and I’ve been doing the second round intermittently and today was the first time I’ve done four rounds of lunge jumps without stopping. It’s the little things :)

I had to pause multiple times and modify a couple of exercises. This workout was indeed the most difficult one encountered in this plan till date. My maximum heart rate recorded was 175 bpm. Thank you Heather!

Killer it is! I think this is the hardest workout so far..usually I don't modify too much but jumping squats and lunges kicked my butt today. Nevertheless I love Heather's workouts. On to phase 2.

Phase 1 done, yippee, today’s workout was the toughest for me, because there were more exercises and I used dumbbells that weigh more than the usual I use. I thought today was going to be the day I stopped a workout halfway through....but I did it.1st time ever in my life to exercise for 4 weeks non stop. Thank you very much for these workouts

I’m honestly loving my results! I weigh more than when I started, but I’ve lost 3% body fat ❤️ If I repeat the program once it’s done (total of 4 times= a year) will I keep seeing results? I’m planning on upping the weights I use every month

Just finished 4 weeks with HR. I was never a HIIT person but her videos have gotten me toned, excited to work out, and sweating every time. Thank you for making these videos accessible with great music and minimal talking. Keep the content coming!

This program is my favorite I've tried! I started with the long hitt sessions when the gym was closed and we were stuck at home and I got hooked. Thank you for making the workouts hard but not impossible. I can keep up so that keeps me going. I'm in my 30s with two kiddos. I have been told I look like I'm in high school again, so... Winning! Can't wait for the second phase! Thank you-

Hello from Switzerland!!!!! I can hardly believe 4 weeks have gone by and I have stuck to your program all through out. Thank you for the great workouts and for the great Music that goes with it. I love the fact that its done just under 30 Min. I do though add on a 10 Min Ab workout after as I feel us women have to strengthen that core and keep us fit.Im 53 and this is helping me so much in staying fit during these crazy times. Thank you so much and will be back for week 5 : )

Wowzers!😓. What a great program!!! I’m 58 years old and have been working out for years but this program is the best I’ve done so far. I’m not a gun person. I like the privacy of my home. I’m surprised I’m keeping up but this old gal is doing it😂😂. Not as perfect as Heather I might add but I’m really giving it my all. Thank you Heather. Can’t wait to start phase 2. I jump around all of your videos every week, not doing them in any particular order. I absolutely love each and every one of them, and I've never followed any fitness inspo in my life until I came across you! Thank you SO much for all that you do and so generously offer to all of us! Truly, truly. And as many of the others commented before me, this workout was by far one of the hardest and those air squats had me straight struggling! You're amazing!

I am so grateful and lucky I discovered your workout. I competed the 4 weeks and really feal 10 years younger. My body is going in the good direction. WEEK 4 COMPLETE!!!!!!! I challenged myself with increasing weight today, could immediately tell a difference, especially in heart rate, so I did modify the jumping moves a bit. I finished almost the entire 40 sec of stability ball hamstring curls when I could barely do a few just a couple of weeks ago! That exercise has been one of the more challenging ones for me without a doubt! Congrats to everyone who finished phase 1!

Hi Heather not sure if you actually read any of these comments but we are on our second round of your 12 week workout plan and we love it. We did your home workout challenge in between and enjoyed that as well we also fitted some stretch exercise as well and boy what a difference it has been working at home before the day starts instead of having to think about going to the gym later in the evening. We have definitely noticed a change in our bodies, and because of your routines all muscles are used so nothing is left out unlike when we went to the gym were we suffered with certain parts of our bodies due to not much activity, the improvement now is fantastic and we will be with you forever until we reach our 80s in 15 years time 🤣. Keep up the good work thank you so very much.

Girllll, You are such a badass babe. You kill me in these workouts. I love have fast it moves, the non stop, without talking and instructions is amazing. I feel like I can get just right to it, which keeps my heart rate up. Thanks! Can't wait to keep going!

First 4 weeks complete, and while we’re in covid19 isolation. Definitely seeing the muscle grow! I’m a bit of runner and I’m seeing my run times improve, the workouts are 100% making me more powerful. At 40 years old I feel I’m coming into peak physical fitness, it’s great! The incorporation of warm up and warm down stretches are keeping me injury free too. Which is awesome!!! Thanks HR 😉

Here I thought I was pretty in shape. Heather's workouts (and ONLY 30 min!) are giving better results in 5 weeks than years going to group fitness classes. I'm not sure if I'm going to go back to the gym much once it opens back up! These are GREAT! Thanks for the free content, Heather. Really has made 'staying at home' much easier.

Late to the party but wow. I wasn’t ready for Heather! 😅 the sounds I’ve made getting thru each workout are not cute. Ngl, I cried yesterday, I was proud and tired. Today my little girl woke up and first thing she said was you have to workout today mom. Glad I’ve made time to love myself and show my kiddos that it’s good to do so. ❤

I am loving this program! Before starting your program I had taken the longest time away from working out(pregnancy complications) and I had been dying to get back into shape! Your workouts are just perfect. Just hard enough to keep me pushing forward but not too hard to where I want to die(most days😉) I have lost weight but more importantly I can feel myself getting stronger again which is the most important for me! Thanks soooo much for making this for us! I truly admire you! ❤️

Thanks so much for these workouts. I am stronger in cycling and running and my upper body strength has improved so that caring for my patients with neurodegenerative disorders who need complete care is not killing my back anymore. I love how my body is looking too! Thanks Heather!

Wow this workout was totally killer!! I feel AMAZING and can’t believe it’s only been 4 weeks. I feel stronger, have more endurance, and am seeing muscle definition. I refuse to step on a scale but all my clothes fit better!! Thank you so much Heather for making this program accessible. These crazy results have me motivated to keep going!! 💪
