I'm on week 9 of firm 30 and am a little sad I'm on the finishing end because I've enjoyed it so much. I wanted to fully commit to the 5 day a week work outs and have done so, but outside the program 3 days of resistance workouts a week is my typical goal. I'm really starting to see the results from this program ❤

I'm currently on week 2 of the 10 Min Plan and intend to star Firm 30 after I complete this program. I found it so encouraging to hear another mom talk about the chaos of those moments where everything is happening all at once - all the kids need you, phone is ringing, dog at the back door - been there so many times! It's comforting to normalizing little things like that. For me, a 4 day workout week works best for me on average. If I can swing it, I work out 5 times but those times are few and far between. I appreciate all the grace woven into this program and am looking forward to starting!

Well done to you Kayla two weeks into the 10 Minute Plan and being the planner-type knowing you want to step up to Firm30 next! Your back, abs, and legs will be ready for it, the 10 Minute Plan really does injury-proof the body before advancning even more.

I loooove firm 30!! I'm on week 4 and it has been so much fun. I love the flexibility within the plan. I shoot for four days, but its nice that if its a good week, I can do all five- or if its a stinky week, just three. I have been so challenged on this plan and it has been SO MUCH FUN. I've never been so strong in my life! (And this is after baby number 3). I recommend this program (as well as your prenatal plan, and post pregnancy plan) to all my mom friends because they have blessed me so much physically, mentally, emotionally, amd spiritually. I really can't say enough good things! I love being encouraged to push myself in every area each day- as well as to remember what is important in life. Thank you for using your gifts and abilities to bless others, it has made the biggest difference in my life!

I am working through the 10 minute plan, and love it! I am only getting to do 2 of the 3 videos most days, but am seeing results already 5 weeks in.

I’m currently in Phase 3 of the 10 minute plan. I loved the Postnatal plan (finished it when my baby was 6 😂). I’m really hoping to do this plan next. I’ve learned sooo much about injury proofing my body from your videos. I love a 4 day week program. But actually getting everything done in 3 and feeling like the 4th is a bonus day sure feels good! It always feels good to find the minimum doable but effective. I love that this has extra leg days. Sometimes in the 10 minute plan I skip a rest day and end up getting to the next week by day 6 instead of 7 so I’ve moved at a little faster clip. I love the way your videos activate the glute to “teach” me to have healthy knees. Something I never knew I would be able to have. I had assumed I would never do squats again until I found your program ❤

Love this ❤❤❤ my ideal split is currently 3 days weight training (upper, lower, and full body) and then 1-2 runs a week depending on time lol ❤love your videos God bless you!

I can’t wait to do Firm30! This program sounds amazing and you look so strong in the workouts, it shows that the program works! I’m halfway through the post partum plan after my second (1 year old) and am SO excited for my results thus far. My 2.5 year old also LOVES Mrs Ashley and asks to see you and the kids everyday 🥰 She jumps for joy when she sees your girls on camera with you and asks how baby Laurel is almost daily 😂 your plans work and I absolutely love the encouragement you provide. I feel like we’re best friends working out together ❤ thank you for putting in the hard work to create amazing workout plans. From one military spouse to another, I know how hard it is to single parent and try to get anything done. You’re amazing and such an inspiration! ❤

I am on the last week of the post pregnancy plan. I have already done the ten min plan once and loved it. I loved the format of 3 ten min videos. I try and workout 3 or 4 days a week but I love having the options of extra.

In my season of life 3 days a week is what I can do, 4 days is a bonus. 😊 I love that your workouts are life friendly, mom friendly. Hoping to get Firm 30 soon, things have been iffy with my husband's job right now. I still do the 10min plan all the time. My girls love doing it with me. 😊thank you Ashley

I strive to hit 3, but love having the add ons. Some weeks I can hit them, others I am just doing the add ons when life gets super crazy to tide me over until I am back in the swing! Can't wait to grab this one as I work up to it. Finished 12 week post pregnancy and then working my way through 10 minute plan.

Hey Ashley, I'm proud of you finishing the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan and working your way through the 10 Minute Plan right now. You'll truly be equipped and best set up for Firm30 by doing the programs in this order like you are doing. Firm30 is INTENSE in the best of ways for the abs, glutes, legs, arms, mobility, everything. You'll be challenged in so many brand new ways! : )

I'm still trying to figure out the right plan for my body while healing DR! I'm doing the Post Pregnancy Plan but modifying it. The main thing is for my arms. At some point I started doing arm workouts 2-3 times per week and now if I don't keep up with that, they tend to get flabby. So I'm trying to figure out the best way to go about it. Probably one Phase 3 workout per week and 1-2 Phase 1 or 2 arm workouts. Eventually I'd love to try firm 30 after healing DR!

I love this video! I’m in a busy season with a newborn, homeschooling my other two girls and my husband is deployed. I’m trying to start the 12 week program. Hopefully I can make time for it soon. I can’t wait to get finish the postpartum program and the ten minute program so I can try firm 30.

Joy! So good to hear from you again on youtube- congrats on your NEWBORN added to your family as you homeschool your "bigs" all while your husband is deployed. I'm so proud of you for doing the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan for yourself with the smart progression of -> 10 Minute Plan -> Firm30 (Firm30 was recorded this spring & summer while Luke was deployed!)...so I think you'll find it very relatable in a unique way.

I am so looking forward to doing this program!! I’m currently 25 weeks pregnant with baby #4, (Yes, I’m doing your free prenatal plan!!) so I’ll be working my way through the post pregnancy plan and the 10 minute plan before I can do Firm30, but thanks for the sneak peek!

I love working out five days a week and really stretch out each phase, usually doing each week for two weeks because I feel there are so many variables to play with and levels of intensity within each workout and I love seeing the limits of what I can do. Definitely a great investment!

Hi Ashley, have enjoyed the prenatal, post partum and 10 min plans. Planning to start the firm 30 one soon. Was wondering if you can do a baby wearing workout as there are days when baby just wants to be held! Was wondering if you can advise how the cardio series can be used with this for those of us who want more cardio but don't want to do the half marathon series.

I usually like to exercise 4-6 days/week. My preference is to run 2-3 days/week, bike once, swim once per week or every other week and strength train 1 day per week. I know it's good to strength/resistance train more often, but I just really prefer being outside moving past things 😅 Just finishing up and 12 week PPP, (though some weeks I struggle getting all the workouts in because I decide to go run instead) and excited for when I can start doing Firm30 half marathon plan

Next purchase ❤ do you have a link to those bands you're using? I have the cord ones and would love the flat type bands for glute growth. Also my ideal split is typically 3-4 days, on the great weeks I can hit 5 but I work overnights and have a 3 yr old so my sleeping will vary 😅

That's perfect and EXACTLY why I made 3 days per week the bare minimum in Firm30. Zero guilt and then you keep it so if you ever do have time to try the extra bonuses and optional workouts, you can work up to those. : ) Do you stay at home right now mothering, work from home, or work outside the home?
