I would love more pregnancy work outs!!! I got my fair share of comments when I continued my job of caring for 47 horses up to the week of my due date with both pregnancies, as well as riding my horse four days after my due date. Had super "easy" labor, pushed for five minutes, the doctor almost didn't make it to the room 🤷‍♀️

I’ve had 10 children in 12 years (two sets of twins, the youngest are 4 weeks old)… I’ve exercised for most of those pregnancies and I absolutely agree with the “listen to your body” approach! Listen to your doctor and do what you can to keep you and baby healthy 😊 I always feel better when I’ve been working out, and the recovery is easier. Best wishes, and congratulations!

Wow! How did you even find the time? Mad respect to you. Your family life must be very organised. It's just crazy how different bodies cope. My mother was always active but after three children she had a prolapse which resulted in a hysterectomy. The same happened to my grandma after three children. I'm always in awe of women like you who can safely carry so many (twin) pregnancies. Did you do special excercises to strengthen your pelvic floor?

My mom had 9 in 18 years and was active throughout the entire thing (didn't workout until the last one) and hasnt had a single hard pregnancy, her longest labor was 4 hours. Watching these videos, I wonder if it's bc she was so active (hiking, running on the beach, swimming, biking everywhere bc we live in a beach town, etc). So cool that you exercised for each, I love the stories you guys have, that's so impressive! 💪

So great to see you working out while pregnant. Many women think they need to stop activity during this time. 4 kids here, worked out during all pregnancies, all quick natural births. I think it was my musculature or overall strength that contributed. Good Job Abby 👏

I could not workout in first trimester at all. To much physical activity would make me vomit. Just a walk to and back to the store would make me throw up. Most of the time I could kind of “Hold it” until I got home. I tried running in like week 11-12 and I ended up throwing up on the side of the road….. yeah good times. But I’m back to working out now In second trimester and I feel so much better now. The vomiting and everything has stopped.

Yes, I would love another video like this down the road! I am also pregnant (18 weeks) and am trying to maintain a consistent exercise routine throughout. Prior to becoming pregnant I was doing Orange Theory, which is a mixture of interval training, strength training, and endurance and I have continued to go throughout my pregnancy. It has been hard, however to know how much to cut back/ restrain myself exercise wise as I feel like most of the advice I have gotten is also the outdated “keep heart rate under 140”. Love seeing other pregnant women who were already working out continuing their workout journey and allowing me to see how working out can practically look while maintaining a healthy pregnancy.

Good on you for continuing. I did F45 all the way through my second pregnancy. I actually completed my last class on my due date (I knew I would go over as my first was 10 days and this baby was measuring the same - she ended up being 9 days over). I modified where I needed - eg. no jumping or putting unnecessary pressure on the pelvic floor, and no abdominal work, but continued to be active and had no issues throughout my pregnancy, delivery or post natal. I was back to it at 6 weeks post and felt great.
