Thank you for posting and being transparent about this journey. I am 5 months pregnant and have many people around me that are trying to keep me inactive and eating way more than needed. Thank the Lord my husband has been super supportive of my training and active lifestyle and my doctor keeps telling me baby is healthy. Thank you for being another voice I can listen to to help drown out the nay sayers.

I've been following you for so long, back when I did home workouts and didn't go to the gym and a lot of your videos would be glute focused gym workouts (I watched them because I liked how you explained things and how you said what's up what's up in your intro). I'm really glad to see how far youve come, and that you haven't lost the science aspect of your channel

When I was past 8 mo pregnant, it literally felt like my belly was going to rip open from how stretched everything was. I still stayed active but towards the very end, it was mainly just walking and light dumbbells at home. This video is so inspiring for my next pregnancy 💪.

You're inspiring ✨ I am currently 6 months pregnant with my 5th child and trying to stay active this time around. I've been working out 4x a week and walking, but my goal is just to keep up at least the walking throughout the third trimester. I think I will still be able to do 3 full body workouts for a while too but trying to give myself grace as I get bigger.

I’m 39 weeks tomorrow and really wish that I had worked out more through the pregnancy. For the first four months it was a matter of survival because I had HG. After going through that and losing weight I was so weak by the time I wasn’t vomiting anymore that it was really just about working on being able to do basic daily things again. Couldn’t even walk around the block without getting lightheaded and being out of breath for an hour afterward. I did strength training once or twice a week for a while but now I’m just walking. Im glad you’ve been able to keep your routines while pregnant, you look so healthy and radiant ❤️

So happy that I love working out again after the first 4 months with terrible sickness! I tried so hard to work out during that time and it was so so hard. Now 6 months and I realise how ill I was and that those months off didn’t kill me! It’s amazing how my mindset is no longer about my body looking the way I want it but about being strong and fit for labour and baby!

I had to skip every gym session (4) last week because even smell/taste of water makes me want to vomit ... hopefully I will be back in action soon however instead of feeling guilty I am just explaining to myself that I am creating human being and I need to listen to my body more than ever

I've had two kids and I was out of shape with both (inactive and gained 40 lbs with each(20 of which was "baby and stuff")) and was 200 lbs after baby was born. I'm getting back into exercise and eating better so for the next baby I'm less miserable and will recover better. I had horrible hip pain and want to work on that and pelvic floor stuff. Also one baby was with an epidural and one was without and I'm doing the next one natural as well! It's really empowering to feel everything your body can do. You're doing awesome momma and walking with baby is amazing.

I'm pregrenant. I previously had two miscarriages. I didn't work out bak then. This time, my pilate instructor strongly advised me not to work out at all but rest until week 15. I'm not listening to her, I agree with you. I've been working out 1-3 days a week and I believe I should keep working out for my health and my baby but most of all to avoid this discomfort from being pregnant. Your videos absolutely motivates me and encourage me that it's is fine to work out in pregency. Thank you

Love the video! I was wondering when in pregnancy you stopped and/or cut back on your running? What signs were there that let you knew you should probably stop? So interested in your experience as I love to run, but am starting to notice more discomfort with my joints and ligaments when running ( I’m 26, almost 27 weeks pregnant).

'staying active throughout pregnancy is a big part of what's allowed me to keep feeling good'. For anyone watching this video who is pregnant and is struggling to exercise for any reason, don't let this message get in your head. I'm happy for her and any other pregnant woman who is able to exercise throughout pregnancy, but that is not everyone's reality. I was extremely fit and active before pregnancy. I planned on continuing high-level training like the pregnant woman I saw online and I was unable. I was so sick, yet kept pushing myself to do workouts. Eventually I fainted in public during 'a walk to be a good , fit preggo'. I banged my head on the pavement and ended up in hospital worried about my baby (he's fine!). All pregnancies are different. Exercise is not good for every preggo. ❤️❤️

My mom’s best friend was a classical dancer that kept her moving and dancing towards the end of her pregnancy, and she attributes that to me basically sliding out within a few hours of labour despite it being her first birth 😂
