Someone on reddit sent me to this video. I took a home pregnancy test last week because my husband said my lower tummy was feeling a little tight. It was positive. I had an ultrasound today, I'm 31 WEEKS PREGNANT and I don't understand how. I am barely showing anything, have no symptoms. I'm just in shock.

When I was 17 and at college my friend spent the day complaining that her back hurt. That evening it got so bad that she went to Accident and Emergency. The next morning she gave birth to a healthy baby boy! I was in shock! This girl wore tight jeans throughout her pregnancy and didn’t miss a period, nobody had a clue that she was pregnant. Our bodies are so incredible.

For people concerned about her exercising while pregnant. It is perfectly okay! I worked out up until 8 months. Main thing is to stop when cramps begin and don't hyperextend because muscles become more elastic when you're pregnant to prepare for child birth.

This story is absolutely mind blowing to me. I had my baby 8 weeks ago, and knew I was pregnant at like 3 weeks, despite it being completely unplanned. I swear I had symptoms days after conception, not to mention excessive vomiting into the third trimester and losing 20 pounds in the beginning. I left the hospital 5 pounds less than my pre pregnancy weight. I can’t believe some women have no pregnancy symptoms at all. Congrats! I can honestly say these past 8 weeks have been some of the best of my life! Enjoy the last bit of your pregnancy!

I found it with my 2nd child by accident. I had just a crazy about of pain one night, it was AWFUL!!! I went to the dr the NEXT DAY. He told me it a cyst popped and he sees a lot of fluid, it could be pregnancy or cancer. I sent home thinking I had cancer. I was a wreck!! He calls me and tells me I’m not pregnant. I don’t even remember what I did next. Then he called me back and said, “sorry, you’re pregnant”. I was trying to figure out tires cancer diagnosis only to hear now I’m pregnant. It turns out the cyst was pregnancy related. Either way, I never had any crazy pregnancy symptoms until 5 months along. This was my 2nd child but if it wasn’t for the cyst, I would have lived my life for a couple months not knowing I was pregnant. I did stop my period but I was back and forth on birth control so I didn’t think anything of it. I even started bleeding at 3 months and it looked like a light period. I swear to you, I would have been on birth control, drinking, etc. for months if it wasn’t for that cyst.

I had a very similar pregnancy. I only gained 3.5 pounds during pregnancy, and that was at the end. And I, too, had symptoms very early on. I believe I could tell when implantation happened. I predicted the date I would give birth, which was 10 days after the due date given by my doctor. But I have a friend who had her first child on the toilet as her one and only symptom she was pregnant. It’s so interesting how differently pregnancy affects everyone.

It’s called a cryptic pregnancy. A friend of my moms had her daughter a little while before my mom had me. She had a cycle the whole time and had a small tummy bump that she couldn’t get rid of (this was the 90’s when stick thin was popular). She went into labor during a house party. She thought she had food poisoning and ultimately had a baby in the basement toilet. Baby is about 30 yrs old now, healthy, and a yoga instructor with no complications from her early days as a fetus and toilet birth.

What a crazy story!! I am so sensitive to hormonal changes that I knew I was pregnant before a test could even show it. 4 times, but I had 2 miscarriages, so I only have 2 kids. I would say, be thrilled, because knowing for 9 months and waiting feels like 9 years. Haha! What an exciting journey you have ahead of you!! Being a mom is my favorite part of life. My boys are 15 and 18 now. I can't say it has been easy. It has been the best and hardest 18 years imaginable. But as I watch then grow and get ready to move out, I want to hold them just a little longer. I am also a personal trainer, and it will be awesome for you to be able to teach your followers and clients how to train during pregnancy and post pregnancy. So many people give up on fitness during childbearing years, but you don't have to! I gained 50 pounds with one and 40 with another, but most of it was water and I was back to pregnancy weight by 3 months both times. They were both 100% worth a year of my life, physically. Take lots of vitamins, lots and lots of calcium. Or your baby will suck it out of your teeth. 😂 I know I am rambling, but honestly, I am just so excited for you that I can't stop!!

I remember finding out I was pregnant and I had my suspicions and my husband was in denial. But I was and having a baby has been one of the best experiences. It is amazing to love someone so fully and watch them grow into a small human with a personality and feelings.

Holy moly! That is amazing! So happy for you guys ❤️ I also ended up pregnant unexpectedly within just a couple weeks after stopping being on birth control for about 15 years. Idk why but I assumed that it would take at least a Little while before I was fertile again Lol 🤷🏼‍♀️ Looking forward to seeing pregnancy specific workout routines!

Wow, I only found your channel yesterday and you turned into such an inspiration for me. I am trying to get pregnant this year and try to be well informed and wanted to get in shape before the fact, but was heavily worried because I have IBS pretty heavily...its linked to me being stressed quite often and the more the worse it gets...so I thought I probably can scrab my idea of getting pregnant, if I am suffering so much now already, I probably won't be able to do anything during pregnancy then. But knowing now, that you have the same problem, was really a huge eye opener and relief...I will just do my best to get my diet in check to get fit (I am at a healthy weight, but still 'out of shape', especially after Covid now). So thank you so, so much for sharing your story...it makes me feel like, that there are certain things I can control and I shouldn't stress too much over the ones I can't. I will just do my best :)

Congratulations, I have an inverted uterus so I didn’t start showing until I was seven months pregnant. I did find out by that I was pregnant around four weeks gestation because I had an accident and was sent to the ER. I had to go to so many appointments back-and-forth just to get blood test to make sure my pregnancy was progressing normally it was so annoying but it was a pleasant surprise now my son is going to be one years old on the first of next month. My son also wasn’t planned but now I can’t imagine my life without my baby.

Something similar happened with my boyfriend's mom back in the day because she was given anti-biotics that interfered with her birth control so she didn't know for the first 4/5 months without any typical or obvious signs. Thankfully everything after went smoothly and the baby is now a giant 22 year old DND nerd who cooks for me. Best wishes for your health and happiness for you, Jeff, and the soon-arriving new addition.

How special & what a crazy story! Congratulations 🎊 You aren't asking for advice, but just to share that the best advice I have ever received about mothering/parenting: Trust your gut. If something doesn't feel right/good to you, it doesn't matter how many papers there are to support it. Parenting is the building of genuine deep relationship between you & your child, so find the way which feels good, rather than what seems right. It's a bit like intuitive eating - don't let external wisdom override your internal wisdom 💜

Omg! Congratulations! I had the same thing happen to me. I was told when I was 19 yo I could not have kids and was put on birth control to help with other symptoms. I found out I was pregnant at 22 weeks, no symptoms, not showing, not taking prenatals, and I had been taking birth control the entire time during those 22 weeks, not to mention tons of caffeine, the occasional alcoholic beverage. I was scared out of my mind but when I got the confirmation that baby was healthy, it was the happiest day of my life. I am wishing you the best 3 month pregnancy

So amazing that it's going to feel like a 3 month pregnancy basiclly for you since you found out so late! Also since you found out so late did you find out the gender right away? Or are you waiting until he/she is born? Or did you have a family member/friend find out to do a surprise gender reveal for you?! If you know already you should do a gender reveal video for us! Would love to see a video about what your husband/family/friends thought when you told them too! If you got any of that on video I would so love to see their reactions! What a wild journey!
