I just found you here on YT and I'm so glad that I did! You are doing the things I want to do and that I have just started doing. I have ran a bit, but not so serious and I have been lifting for years, but I want to become a hybrid and run marathons... AND omg.. you live in Scotland?! It's me DREAM to go there! I live in Finland. My head started thinking now... how about to sign up for a marathon in Scotland.... 😇😇
