I have eczema problems and a lot of itch and since I'm doing the "20 minute daily morning routine of Qi Gong", for about 1 month, every morning, my eczema got much better. Every time I feel like scratching I just put headphones and do that class with that music that relaxes me a lot. Thank you so much master Shi Heng Yi for these classes I also recently discovered and I'm adding to the other one on my journey of mind , body balance. I'm really gratefull 🙌

The sound and video quality are excellent. It is good to see multiple views, so having your disciple demonstrate is helpful. I appreciate slow motion demonstrations to do the unfamiliar movements, especially the last one. I didn't realize how uncoordinated I am!Another great foundational practice. Thank you.

Yup,you were right,some days things happen that" try" to interfiere ,but i keep up the practice anyway every day.haven't missed a day in almost 4 months.i just remind myself i always feel better after every practice,🙂no matter whats bothering me i do it and sure enauph ,its always worth the dedication way.👍🙏

13:25 Thank you for clarifying here where a confusing knee pain came from when my practice was holding the wrong form during a weight shifting stretch motion. Also the exercise of expanding the back with chin tucked underneath to stretch neck and spine is resolving my back pain without causing any new pain so I feel more confident about doing these movements properly.
