I have eczema problems and a lot of itch and since I'm doing the "20 minute daily morning routine of Qi Gong", for about 1 month, every morning, my eczema got much better. Every time I feel like scratching I just put headphones and do that class with that music that relaxes me a lot. Thank you so much master Shi Heng Yi for these classes I also recently discovered and I'm adding to the other one on my journey of mind , body balance. I'm really gratefull 🙌

Hello ❤❤❤ from Perth western Australia, I follow u and ur advice I have always loved martial art at the moment I train Muay Thai and love it makes me feel alive ..also Buddhism has always just made sense brought up polish Roman Catholic just didn’t make as much sense as once i discovered Buddhism thank u so much ur my inspiration alwsys lots of love from me to u , wat u do make s such a difference and changes ppl s lives so much like it did mine and for this I’m so very great ful ❤

Very powerful and disciplined morning routine. I enjoy meditating in the morning and before bed. Meditation helps me to stay in peace within my soul to handle the challenges of life🦉

The sound and video quality are excellent. It is good to see multiple views, so having your disciple demonstrate is helpful. I appreciate slow motion demonstrations to do the unfamiliar movements, especially the last one. I didn't realize how uncoordinated I am!Another great foundational practice. Thank you.

今天终于能忍着脚伤的疼痛单脚站立,坚持把最后的单脚立推掌的动作做下来了。这几天因为脚伤,行动不便,还好没伤到骨头。不过到让我想把师傅从live1开始到现在的weekend practice捋一遍。仔细过一遍 ,还没全部完成,就发现师傅在教的过程中已把我所提到的问题都回答了。这真是个意外的发现。感恩师父。

Yup,you were right,some days things happen that" try" to interfiere ,but i keep up the practice anyway every day.haven't missed a day in almost 4 months.i just remind myself i always feel better after every practice,🙂no matter whats bothering me i do it and sure enauph ,its always worth the dedication way.👍🙏

Thank you so much for the uploads, Shifu! I missed this session because of technical difficulties, but even though I gave my best with the other three sessions, I felt it was impossible to remember everything at once. Now I can go over the instructions over and over again, until it all sinks in.

Truly, We can develop a state of life that allows us to realize our happiness and that of others. When facing adversity, we can move forward without fear and use any situation to expanding our capacities in order to create values. Buddhism allows us to cultivate an inner state of life of absolute freedom, which no karmic difficulty can overcome. It is one of the effective ways to polish the bellicose angles in our life. 13:25 Thank you for clarifying here where a confusing knee pain came from when my practice was holding the wrong form during a weight shifting stretch motion. Also the exercise of expanding the back with chin tucked underneath to stretch neck and spine is resolving my back pain without causing any new pain so I feel more confident about doing these movements properly.
