Oh Catherine! You remind me of me at your age. You use to be able to buy cheesecake in a box when I was your age. Hello from Greece. My name is Agapi, which means love in Greek 💜 and here's a quick recipe for cookies for you dear Catherine: so you mix in a ball 75 grams butter, 45 grams sugar, 1 egg, the juice of an orange, half a teaspoon of baking powder, another half teaspoon of baking soda, 2 drops of vanilla extract and 250 grams of flour in this exact order. When the flour is integrated completely, it will become a dough exactly like the one you made in the video, so you can repeat the same steps. The only difference is that you have to beat an egg yoke with a teaspoon of water and spread the mixture over the cookies before you put them in the oven. It will be a total success I promise 😀

It must be so nice to enjoy your garden whilst crafting. We are up to 10°C now... I was barely able to strip paint from furniture. In the sun, on my balcony, between 10h and 14h it felt like 15° without the wind. Waiting for warmer weather to repaint many pieces and gardening. 😎🖌️🌱

Brilliant episode and 🙌 for the cookies😁 you can buy a product called wet and forget to spray on the footpath. Its pet friendly and you just spray it in and leave it to do its magic. You just need to keep pets away until it first dries 👌 p.s. I feel for you with the tv stress. I did a reality rich kids skint holiday and it's so much work but at least I didnt have to go live 🤦‍♀️ it gave me a whole new appreciation for the industry x

Always appreciate your videos, Catherine. Being well prepared and practicing helps make one look polished and confident - even though you may feel nervous inside. I’ve done many years of public speaking, live streams, tv, conferences, trainings, teaching, etc. I enjoy it now, but I was so very, very, very nervous in the beginning. My first speaking engagement (not counting college presentations, teaching, etc.) was to over 700 people at a conference in Seattle, Washington. I was quaking. 😳 Now I generally don’t feel nervous, I just feel like I’m having a chat with folks. You are so delightful and informative & you have a willing audience. Awe this brought back childhood memories. My paternal grandmother use to punch needle ALL time and in her olden age it helped keep her busy and feeling useful. She drew her own floral arrangement designs and blended the colors so amazingly beautiful. It gave them such dimensions as to look realistic. Thanks for that. I love all you do. I love how your inspiring energy comes across on your videos especially when you are cooking I truly enjoy it. I have done some punch needle work at an arts and craft show and it was fun. At homes still in Quarantine in the house. I making prayers blankets for my local church. I have also learned a new skill and I will share once I understand when I am doing with the craft . As a new gardener, you'll want to switch from using tea bags to loose leaf teas for composting. Tea bags have plastic in them and won't break down in the compost. I spent years tearing apart the bags to ge the tea leaves out to put in the composter. Now I only buy loose leaf teas. Remove all fruit & veggie stickers too before composting. Something to consider...

Loved the video always enjoy just having fun. It bought back good memories to me as I learn how to cook and bake at 7 years. Even now I just pick up a good cook book and select when I want to make. I can cook the following foods Irish, English, Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese as my extended family is very large. I love trying new things and sharing with everyone. I make the old fashioned Pudding and Christmas cake each year from my late mom's recipes. Thank you for sharing this video with us all and a little trick you can melt your butter in the microwave also just keep and eye on it.
