That jump took years for that dog to master, and it had finally paid off he's not only a National Geographic spotlight, but also an iconic role on the front cover of Weezer's masterpiece. i guess you could say it put the dogs confidence back together, and he got hot and started tripping down the freeway. And to this day he's still jumping and still partying!!!

As a lifelong Weezer and Butch Walker fan, this song brings 2 of my favorites together, it’s pure gold. Not to take anything away from Weez, but this song has Butch’s fingerprints all over it - the writing, the hooks, the harmonies, the production. If you like this style, check out Butch’s earlier solo work and his late 90s band Marvelous 3. His newer stuff is top shelf, too, just mellower. The man is an absolute master of monster pop rock hooks.

As a loyal fan of pretty much a lot of their pre make believe album work, this was very good. They reinvented themselves for a younger audience who are going through all that young angst experienced by us older weezer fans. Nicely connected and put together I would say. Yes I did force myself to think as if I were one who had just recently been exposed to weezer. Keeping the open perspective was cool cause I didn't have to bring my predisposed ideas about all their previous works to the table. I just enjoyed it as it was and it was good.

I’m guessing that this song appears to be about two people who love each other and the song is a musical story of part of the process that they both go through getting to know each other further, for instance the meeting of the person’s parents, referencing spending the summer together and going to Best Buy etc.
