I lost 5 kg in 1.5 months. Did 30min aerobics, 30 min badminton, 30 min walk. 8-10 glasses of water 1100-1200 calories. Tea without sugar. No direct sugar intake apart from marie biscuits (4 per day) 60g paneer after workout. 1 banana and Black coffee before workout. 8-9 hrs sleep coz recovery is very important.

Mam... I'm struggling with so much of hairfall 50-100 per day... I'm just 22yrs old,this Started after i start loosing weight,my hairs were so thick before but now this hairfall sucked, your diet plans are Just amazing always give me a tasty way to eat healthy, it's a humble request please share some diet plan to get rid of hairfall, or some hair growth healthy hair exercise or any shampoo, good oil, way to use and any kind of hair mask if required.... I'm so stressed with this.. Please help me ma'am 😔

chk a dermatologist .. I live in Bangalore and I got my treatment from Oliva hair and skin clinic . I was shocked to see that my body was extremely deficient in vitamin B12 . After taking the multivitamins and applying strengthening serum recommended by them .So , wherever you live , do chk up with. a specialist .

Salam ! Gunjan mujhe sugar hai aur B.p high rehta hai.mera weight , pait bhi bohot ziada latak gia hai . main Kuch khaye Bina nahi Reh sakti kyun ke sugar ekdum low hojati hai please help karain. aur exercise bhi batain .🧡💜💚💙🌷🌻

I lost 25 kg in 4 months . Morning 150 gram apple . Lunch 4 roti with 200 gram cooked vegetable buttermilk with boondi and green chatni . Evening 1 glass chikoo shake and add 2 spoon of sugar 200 ml low fat milk 5 almond . Night chole or daal or rajma etc with full plate of white rice . Drink once in week 360 ml at atime

Rolled oats are the same oats but these are not in grain form, these are just rolled/ pressed and can be cooked easily.
