I lost 5 kg in 1.5 months. Did 30min aerobics, 30 min badminton, 30 min walk. 8-10 glasses of water 1100-1200 calories. Tea without sugar. No direct sugar intake apart from marie biscuits (4 per day) 60g paneer after workout. 1 banana and Black coffee before workout. 8-9 hrs sleep coz recovery is very important.

chk a dermatologist .. I live in Bangalore and I got my treatment from Oliva hair and skin clinic . I was shocked to see that my body was extremely deficient in vitamin B12 . I lost 25 kg in 4 months . Morning 150 gram apple . Lunch 4 roti with 200 gram cooked vegetable buttermilk with boondi and green chatni . Evening 1 glass chikoo shake and add 2 spoon of sugar 200 ml low fat milk 5 almond . Night chole or daal or rajma etc with full plate of white rice . Drink once in week 360 ml at atime
