Same here. I have been flip flopping back from keto to calorie counting to this. This is when I feel healthiest and happiest. I just need to stick with it and stop giving up so quickly. Literally ready to get back on track with this way ASAP. Much cheaper grocery bill too! Good luck!m to you 💜♥️

I made this for dinner tonight. It is so delicious! I added some black beans for protein and diced water chestnuts because I like them. I also sprinkled a little bit of lime juice on my serving after it was plated. Otherwise, I just did it the same as the video. This is definitely a keeper recipe! Thank you!

I’ve tried this a few times. I lots 30lbs at first and then got super lazy about it. I’ve always just wanted to be a hot mom. 😅 You are such a cool, happy and beautiful mother and I just want to be that. Just want my kids to look back at me and think I was beautiful and not to shy away from pictures because I feel fat and ugly. Happy, healthy and fit- I need to get back on this! And this takeout recipe video will certainly help so thank you.

I've been on a fast that only allows vegan food for the past nine days or so I always feel the best when I eat vegan and even better when I eat similar to the starch solution. My next step is to cut out more oil nuts and avocado. I bought two of your ebooks and I'm excited to try a lot of the recipes love your channel and by the way you are looking so amazing girl! I am the same height as you and I have struggled with my weight for about as long as you did right now I'm about 180 and I want to lose around 50 lb I'll keep you posted on my progress!

I agree with you about the cabbage Kiki. In Australia we call Napa cabbage Chinese cabbage, just by the by, and it does have a lighter flavour and texture. Green onions are spring onions for us 🙃 (another by the by). The toasted sesame oil definitely adds that Chinese take away flavour, so I'm with your husband on that one. But most of all, I'm so glad you've posted this because I miss Chinese take away too 😢 👍🏻☺️

Thanks so much for this great video Plantiful Kiki. Could you please provide a new link to your yummy looking Vegan Egg Drop Soup? The link in the description returns an error. Also, which brand(s) of toasted sesame oil is your favorite? I tried one for the first time and didn’t really like it. After reading online for advice on this, it seems there are great variations between brands and I’m worried about wasting more money on another lousy tasting one. Thanks so much! 😊
