Jo kisine nehi kar paya mam vo apne kiya mere liye.mey apni health ko le kar bohot casual thi,or har roz mujhko junk foods k bina chayn nehi atithi.lekin apki baatein mey last 2weeks se follow kar rahi hoon and u know sirf 2 weeks mey hi meri body weight loose start kar diya hey.yeh mey measure karke nehi bata rahi hoon lekin mey ajkal pehele se zyada light feel kar rahi hoon.and the best part is mujhme ab utni suger ya junk foods ki cravings v nehi rahi.thank to you mam.thanks a lot.🙏

Haha I love your style of talking and your points. For me, all of these signals are appearing - good sleep, no sugar cravings, getting periods on time (but get some cramps), satiety signals are good. I have lost about 6 kgs since lockdown. But I am still overweight and have hit a plateau :'(. I will try strength training to see if it works and helps me break this plateau.

I have been facing issues with metabolism and digestion since the time have started taking medicine for Vit D3 and B12. Now even when I have discontinued them, I don't completely feel normal and energised all the time. Your help would mean a lot :)

Thanks for the comment. Its not that straight forward though. I have been doing that since a very long time with weights. I guess what I wanted to know was any dietary habits to avoid other than obviously junk food. Or any food that will help reduce it along with exercise. Any other habits that increases/decreases it.
