I lost 33 kg now my weight is stuck every time I weight my self I get fedup and it discourage me ......I was 110 kg now 76kg goal is 65 kg but guideline in ur video are impressive ....I shouldn't weigh myself daily .....

Now I am trying to lose last 6-7 kg weight and Fat. I am eating 3-4 meals a day and all meal is home cooked only. But now I am struggling to lose this last 6-7 kg weight and Fat. Amruta Lawand if you are a beginner do breakfast first n wait for 2 hours and then do your exercise n if your body is used to exercise then do exercise on empty stomach n have breakfast after 40-45 mins
