I've already done this 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks and everytime I complete this flow I feel so relaxed, calm and all the thoughts in my head just fades away.. Thank you ma'am for putting this up 🙏

Thank you so much for this yoga asanas because my intent was getting mental clarity on a very important decision I had to make regarding my career. This yoga practice helped me connect with my inner child and shut out all the external noises of the society. Now I have made my decision and I am going to move forward 😄. I’ve been doing this practice for 6 months now! It’s my go to when I am stressed mentally and after working out to help get rid of rigidity! It’s amazing!! Thank you!

21- feeling calm and relaxed 😊 Thank you ❤️🙏 24july - did it again Feeling calm 🙏 25dec - did it I m more calm nd relaxed Thank you 8aug - did it again last day was touch for me had 48 hour of migraine pain still i convinced my mind and did it feeling calm 🙏❤️ 19aug - it's my college exam tomorrow I had taken so much stress nd today after doing this I just feel light Thank you ❤️ mam sending all the love ur way ✨ 4 nov - was feeling low because of updown happening in life and after this i m calm 🙏 Thank you 🕉️ ❤️ 22dec - it was much needed 💖 feeling calm after this session 🙂 Thankyou mam 🕉️ 14 Feb - was feeling back pain because of sitting on chair more than 7-8 hour Nd after this I m calm Like always thanks ❤️ 23 April - done ✅ Has headache last night nd i m more calm nd energetic ❤ Thank you love 💕 25 sep - did it I m more calm ❤ Thank you 🙏 9oct - did it I m more calm

I feel relaxed. I was so stressed before the practice. There was a constant feeeling that I am not able, but it’s not there now. :)

Feel Much better… Thank you. My body become stubborn due to work from home and 10 hours average on the chair in front of Computer. Weight increased and feeling not well. This session helped me a lot. Thanks 🙏🏻

Thank you for amazing videos. All are very helpful. Request you to please make one short pranayam sequence ( maybe min. Required repeatations for effectiveness) video which can be done after a normal workout. Please include bhasrika.
