Stress is the most common thing we face in today’s modern lifestyle. Be it due to long sitting hours, irregular sleep patterns, or lack of physical activity, the majority of us suffer mental and physical stress, leading to health issues like high blood pressure, weight gain, cardiovascular disease, and hormonal imbalances, among others.
Yoga is the antidote to my stressful lifestyle. I practice it every day just for 30 minutes, which makes me feel refreshed, calms my mind and helps me stay stress-free. And with my #FitbitCharge5 3-minute EDA scan, I keep a close check on my stress levels. Not just that, it also helps me keep a check on the irregularities in the heart rhythm with the ECG scan, which gives a detailed results that can be shared with the doctor without even heading out.

I've already done this 5-6 times in the last 2 weeks and everytime I complete this flow I feel so relaxed, calm and all the thoughts in my head just fades away.. Thank you ma'am for putting this up 🙏

Thank you so much for this yoga asanas because my intent was getting mental clarity on a very important decision I had to make regarding my career. This yoga practice helped me connect with my inner child and shut out all the external noises of the society. Now I have made my decision and I am going to move forward 😄. Awesome !! Yoga routine , felt much better afterwards.Can you also make a video on stretching to follow after driving car for longer distances, so as to relax back , legs and other parts

Thank you for amazing videos. All are very helpful. Request you to please make one short pranayam sequence ( maybe min. Required repeatations for effectiveness) video which can be done after a normal workout. Please include bhasrika.
