While I enjoy the personal stories and experiences from people like Dee and others who are not celebrities, celebrities do still carry a bit of weight, literally and figuratively, when it comes to influencing everyday people like us to lose weight. We all know Oprah's battle with weight and with her being an African American woman, her working with WW was quite appreciative and made WW quite relatable to many women who look like her. All I'm saying is I don't think it hurts to have celebrities promoting products like WW and what they can offer to people. A healthy mix of celebrities and everyday people can only help.

I did so well on purple. Lost 45 pounds and I did eat potatoes 3x a week so I am excited. Did not loose one pound with this program they have now. Just up and down 2-3 lbs for a year. Makes me wonder if it had something to do with pushing the weight loss drugs. Anyway can’t wait until Tuesday 🎉

I was so excited at meeting today about changes. I do diabetic plan and don’t count fruit trying get close old green program. I never ate much 0 point foods except eggs, fruits and veggies. I’m excited about lean steaks, lean ground beef, potatoes and oatmeal. Stuff I eat. II may have go back non diabetic program now.

Rewatch crew! I’m sorry I missed your live. I went to a Zoom on Friday and nothing was said about it. I measure zero points now too, so I will still. I had chili at a restaurant last week and it was mostly beef and I didn’t like it and maybe a month before I had a hamburger and I didn’t like that either. I don’t know what is up with that but I’m excited to try it out. I’m looking forward to a baked potato that’s zero. Not that I haven’t had potatoes but having a zero point potato will be different. Tnx so much Dee! I might check out a Zoom meeting tomorrow but you already spread the news, so I really don’t need to.

I've been thinking of going back. Not sure. I'm at goal but having a hard time staying there. I've been on Ozempic, it was only way I was able to lose and my dad and brother both had heart attacks and bypasses from diabetes and my brother lost a leg. My insurance won't cover it. SO I'm on it and paying out of pocket. I know you're not judgemental Anyway I think I need guidelines when I wean off. Now my concern is I've always counted calories, it's in my genes my mom always did. I feel like if I eat these carbs that's calories so I would be eating too many. I don't know. I'm a mess. I use Healthi app now. So tracking isn't a problem. I'm happy you did this, can't wait to watch the next one!!

I am 56 and now insulin resistant so I have done a lot of my own research and macros are very important for my own "journey" but I LOVE WW and the ease of points... and their app is great! Mine seems to have the online recipe link add recipe feature AND I have been able to edit the ingredients to what I can use for my food allergies. It DOES say only visible to ME and saves it to MY recipes. So much easier than punching in every single ingredient to get the points!

I just started WW last saturday...was all excited to hear the new plan, and then my hopes crashed after hearing the Diabetics don't get these food options (free Potatoes especially)...waaaa, waaaa, waaa... It really S*cks being a diabetic...It's all good though because it's teaching me to keep track of the foods that I'm not used to doing before joining... okay my rant is over...just found you last week and enjoy your posts and videos...thank you for them all!

I know diabetics who didn’t follow the diabetic plan, just the regular plan and lost weight, reduced their A1C.

I just use a standard portion for oatmeal (currently 4 pt for 1/3 cup uncooked Bob's protein oats) and potatoes. It still has calories.
