Follow along with me to another body bar workout that will tone and sculpt your body! This one includes ab/core floor work. If you don't have a body bar you can use weights. I'm using a 15 pound bar. Use the appropriate weight that works for you. If wearing shoes is better for your workout please put on a pair! I recommend repeating the circuit once or twice more for ultimate results.
