This exercise was challenging at first, but through persistence and effort, I was able to master it with a 10lb barbell. I will add the march to my routine. (Thank you!)

I have MG, not MS - but I was surprised how hard and tiring this was. My current treatment cycle has allowed me to rebuild a smidge of strength and stamina (doing what I know to do) but definitely have a long way to go. Also, I've felt like my balance and gait have been good as well, this proved I have some work to do! Thanks!!

Would ankle weights make this harder? Would going without shoes make it easier?

I recently started watching you. Besides MS, I have systemic scleroderma. However, I can no longer stand on my own or walk. Do you have any exercises for those with extreme limited mobility?

Can I do this against the wall?

I won’t imagine if you have to stand on one leg for a few seconds , you should be next to a wall, I can’t stand on one leg
