Like as in "stimming" is a thing commonly associated with autism and Skibidi is stimming overload. It was not meant as a dig towards people with autism, but a comparison to the over stimulation of the skibidi content and the themes of "stimulation" that can be found in autism centered content. Skibidi is as if AI made content based off which stimulating things kept you watching the longest. That content can usually be centered towards peoples algorithms that have things like autism ADHD etc. which has created an uptick/market for content catered towards people with those conditions which leads us to having categorical content for people that would benefit those algorithms. aka content for people with autism.
