Great to have you back! Awesome channel, you should show us some in car driving footage of it coming ON BOOST. How are you keeping the rods in that motor, it must be just hanging in there. I put my gen 2 gtx3582r on my car and im lovn it. Did 432kw at 18psi @ 5700rpm and 867nm at 3500rpm on 98 octane, but on the road iv turned it down to 16psi because stock boost sensor was hitting max voltage and sending it into check engine. Iv been told to get tuner to set max voltage to 6 volts to get around that. Are you going to go th400? Your zf must surely be struggling.

Cheers mate 🙂 👍 Yeah, that's definitely a plan of ours and Im looking forward to doing it- just finding the time, will be going to the drag track too. The Gen 2 will definitely be better then the stock turbo and looks like its making decent power. Iv never had or heard of that issue with the stock boost censor, that's strange? very interesting. Ill be doing an update on the transmission soon and what Im going to do and yes indeed the stock ZF is now definitely struggling which is always going to happen especially when you've done over 300 dyno pulls and all the hits on the street - with 250,000ks. Iv been quite surprised myself that its made it this far! Cheers for your feedback 👍

Easier to run 2x 525 warlords than surge.any advantage

Hey Jamie, one of the advantages is that the fuel stays cooler 👍

Where have you tested it ? On the dyno ? Maybe a quick few stabs up the road ? Take it to powercruise for 3 days , would like to see how you go

Hey, She’s done over 300 dyno pulls. Car is tuned on a roller, also tested on dynotech and mainline hub dyno. Yes street/track as well. Remember this is the car I drive weekly, it’s a street car. Yes mate, I know what you mean about powercruise for 3 days - would it survive? who knows- The stock ZF would cark it lol . I’ve seen built engines not even last a day in those comps.

Honestly I respect what you have done but really,660 kw on that size turbo, really,if you have your doing something know one else can, even on e85 and that boost, you obviously know it’s a ticking time bomb,

Hi Chris, thanks for your feedback! - I appreciate that you’ve noticed that I am doing something that not many are. This sort of power is not new for me however working within stock parameters with a small frame turbo. I have been trying and achieving many things for many years to see what’s possible, its been a journey of learning that’s for sure!!! It was only in the last 5 Iv decided to become full time at it, but there were some circumstances that have delayed my social medias, website etc and I have always sold product without them. I wanted to share what was possible with people who dont want to waste time or waste money on fluff. Iv made this power on both mainline hub and dynotech hub. I invest a lot of time into research and development and did not want to come forward until I had done that. I have the data. Also, if you want to speak to the dyno guys and ask them - they know it was a small frame turbo, I can give you a few contacts. I understand what you are saying regarding the shelf life so to speak however the difference is I take care of the car and I don’t thrash it, it is also important to have tuning done correctly. Its not like Im running this boost constantly and technically guys have had cars exist longer on higher boost. Anything can happen, built or not, but yes eventually I will be building a new engine. I still have more parts coming for the small frame because I really haven’t finished pushing the limits yet!!! I also have another car to do some experimentation on. Also, Check out tomorrow nights video see that run and what needs to be upgraded next. Cheers 👍
