I literally said mantras of "I am safe" to myself in the mirror yesterday before a doctor's appointment I was nervous for, so when Marnie said them in this video it felt serendipituos. Thank you, Marnie!!

Most fun and effective ten minute workout I’ve ever done! Love the modern dance style, and I’m actually sweating and have elevated heart rate even though it’s a short work out. Thank you, Marnie!

What a great warm up! I like how meticulously Marnie explains the moves and their purpose. This would be a good video to begin a lengthy routine too!
