Plateau ko break karne ka simple tarika 3-6 months 8-15 repetition Then 2-3 months 5x5 Program follow karo 5 sets 5 rep max,, literally Easiest way hai plateau break karne ke liye,, But 5x5 program Begginers ke liye nahi hai toh weight pe hi dhyan do

Sir I am suffering from muscle paining in my right glute which caused because of heavy deadlifts and lunges, which has lasted for around 3 months. I don't feel pain in day-to-day activities nor in any workouts but only on hip hinge and squat position. Though it is reduced now but not completely eliminated. Please guide me. I feel exhausted and weakness hurst to the bone and muscle out of breath if I continued till 5min and a little feeling of back out if I even try to 6min and btw I am lifting 25% of what I could in a one rep max and this are the symptoms so like if I can lift 100kg I am only lifting 25 kg and still facing this problem 😭 please give solution what could tlbe the reason?
