Twice a week is more than sufficient buddy ! If you have deficiency of iron then you can have it 4-5 times a week. Otherwise for a healthy individual twice a week is enough.

Good topic : I am not offending anyone but I followed vegan diet for 6 months got skin problem always tired and after checkup doctors checked my testosterone level 256 ng/dl they asked me these questiions: 1. what are you eating ? I replied vegan only 2. are you masturbating too much and onto porn movies? i said no 3. are you feeling weakness on bones I said yes then he said who the hell told you to stop meat? i said myself? So he sarcastically said thats what happened when you become a doctor at your own. He told me to eat red meat only extremely low carb and desi ghee , makhan , eggs , pistachios , almonds, cashews, and walnuts goat liver twice a week. he suggested me vitamins and vitamin D supplement guess what I rechecked this month and testosterone was 595 ng/dl i can share even my reports. my vitamin D was 60 before 14.7 so Red meat saved me after that I read too many researches and found that testosterone comes from a molecule called cholestrol if your cholestrol is low you are never gonna make test. So vegan diet cant give you testosterone. NOW YOU MAY START ABUSING ME.

I thought this would be another red meat bashing video, however you were quite pragmatic and provided great reasoning. I do disagree with your last 2 minutes, you probably need to research more - most of the studies are biased about environmental impact of red meat. However, overall I quite liked your presentation, keep up the great job.

Humlog indians hain aur humlog red meat (🐐) sirf ek hi tarah ka khate hain.. humara jo simply red meat aata hai wo sirf bakra (Goat) kata aur ja ke indian style me kharid liye aur indian tarike se bana ke kha liye. Ab mera questions ye hai ki is tarike se bana hua red meat cancerous ho sakta hai kya . Cooking process - meat ko wash karke pehle mustard oil me onion fry then meat fry then kali mirch, garlic, ginger, red chilli powder, coriander se again fry.. 2 ghante cook karne ke bad finaly mutton curry ready hota hai😂😂🤤🤤. Ye cancerous ho sakta hai kya.. ek simple line me answer dijiye plzz🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

But red meat is not just the source of protein but also other minerals that are only there in red meat and that are used to repair muscles... No other alteratives of that minerals... I remember that mangenese etc...

I have full faith on a my regional language proverb - "মানুষের নাম মহাশয়, যা সোয়াবে তাই সয় ..." its mean we humans are so adaptable. I beleve in that process/plane, which I can sustained for long time, try to consume only God gifted foods no matter veg / non-veg both, and try to avoid all manmade food.

Prolonged red meat consumption causes cardiovascular and all other inflammatory diseases.Prolonged vegetarian consumption causes Vitamin B 12,zinc , selenium etc deficiency. Prolonged keto diet affects carbohydrate metabolism & causes diabetes... No exclusive dietism is perfect. Moderate amount of meat, carbs , poultry but lots of vegetables and fruits comprise the best diet practice.

Don't fry in oil and do not make curry , do not add too much masala. Have in very small quantity cooked directly on fire with no oil , and it will give amazing result

Sir mere family mein 1 week mein 1 time mutton banta hai and per person we consume around 1/2 kg mutton, then again chicken bhi mere family mein same amount mein consume hota hai that means ki 1 week mein hum 1 time chicken and 1 time mutton consume karte hai , kya ye sahi hai sir ?

Doing keto and gained muscles ,strength,alertness, Suffering from headache past 6 years when started gym and eating lots of carbs and now I'm free from the headache.started keto and headache gone within 4 days which pain I was suffering from 6 years because of the carbs.keto is a blessing for me which cured my headache.and now also whenever I eat carbs rich food like in party so the headache came back.so please sir do more reserch on low carbohydrate diet it's very excellent diet.even doctors could not find the cause of my severe headache but keto vanished it in 4-5 days

I like the information that you share but I must say this video is a little confusing. Are you saying that a regular person who does not lift heavy weights and go through rigorous strength training should not consume too much red meat? Unprocessed Red meat is essential for athletes and bodybuilders. It covers a broad spectrum of nutritients and helps in recovery as well.

I was trying to understand whether your recommendation is related to nutrition for training. Overall, excessive consumption of processed meat is bad for anyone. I agree. I eat lamb/mutton once in a week. White meat 3-4 days 😁 Bhai jisko jo khana he khane do 😋 but tbh jo swaad nonveg me he wo veg kavi nai de paata & na hi de payega. & Yes taste matters it really does.the amount of protein you'll get from same amount of meat is much higher than dal,pulses etc 😌

Actually Goat meat is the most optimal form of red meat as compared to what they consume outside of India. Goat meat has less fat percentage also less amount of calories.
