How do you feel about cod liver oil in capsule form? The liquid is just intolerable even from someone who likes salty fish.

Wow, that’s very different. What foods or supplements did you consume when vegetarian/vegan? Would you say these diets had observable effects on your pregnancy/delivery/baby?

@@yuliyamanno9577 when I was vegetarian and vegan I took a whole food prenatal and a vegan dha supplement. I did plant based protein shakes while vegan too. I have a video about my experience being vegan, but in summary I had hypoglycemia every day, more tiredness and constant bacterial infections while pregnant/postpartum. I did not have that this time. It could just be my babies temperament, but he is the most relaxed and doesn’t get as sick as his older siblings did.
