I’ve never heard of her before, but I love her personality and that she isn’t afraid of color 😅 Of all the rooms I think the living room is my favorite. The color of the built-in TV millwork and the arches is *chef’s kiss* 😂 Her advice is also very sound in regards to renovating a home: not to get too attached to your design ideas before you know labor and material costs. You can have concepts of things you like, but be open to adjusting those concepts to fit your budget. What your dream idea for your home looks like may not be the end result (unless you have a lot of money saved up or someone else funding your home).

I've seen more high-end a lot more better quality more expensive fabric. 🍷🥰👌🏼💯‼️🥂. Not bad for a half a million dollars. I was expecting a lot more custom-made luxury bedroom living room furniture one of a kind custom-made pieces. it's what you like. I expected a bit of a luxury brick home the kind that you see in Maui, San Martinique, Charlie Island even some beautiful homes in Santa Barbara. But everybody has their own unique spin and taste and that's pretty. Very pretty and pink ⛄❄️☃️📺📽️
