I love how I didnt get an anxiety attack about your video, usually I get stressed watching nutritionists do these type of videos and some even point out ,,don't eat this, don't eat that" this one calmed me down, I often struggle with counting calories and I'd go berserk if I don't..and I'd often feel guilty for eating my dinner..even tho I know if I didn't eat an proper meal I'd just binge the other day ( I have eating disorder problems :') )
@DS-ql5rk4 жыл бұрын
I’m very curious to how people get an eating disorder. Is it biological? Is it because you got bullied about your body? Is it because you constantly compare yourself to models? I’m not trying to be rude I’m just wondering.
@TS-fh4ii3 жыл бұрын
@@DS-ql5rk I think it is very different for different people. My mom had anorexia when she was in college but she has since recovered and now I am trying to recover from a binge eating disorder so there might be some biological thing there but I never grew up in a home that was obsessive over food and I was never bullied for my body yet here I am....It is actually weird because I feel a lot of guilt that I have this disorder seeing as I grew up in such a great and healthy household when it comes to eating and exercising and I feel like there is no reason for me to have it yet I do. I think some people could also see social media and compare themselves or sometimes it is for comfort or a stress reaction the possibilities are really endless.

When you're having leftover meats like lamb or chicken do you have to warm it up or is it ok to eat cold in a salad? I find that when I make chicken, it tastes great when I eat it right then and there. But if I reheat it even one day later, it has this very awful, strongly pungent smell that almost resembles the smell of dog saliva. I've never met anyone else who has this problem so I wonder if I am doing something wrong haha.

This is a lot of food . I feel like with covid my work being closed and doing nothing all day I will gain so much from eating this way with my low activity level .. Maybe I'll try this way of eating when I go back to work .

Lyndi Cohen // The Nude Nutritionist makes sense! Do you have a way of “testing” you are satisfied? Sometimes when I eat, even a lot of good nutritious food, well rounded with all of the micros and macros i feel content for about 30 minutes and then find I am hungry again
@Ferindel4 жыл бұрын
So many of your foods are foreign to me. I feel like your eating world is completely different from what anything I'd ever even think of. It all seems super healthy, but how the hell do you even begin to eat like that? How do you get the motivation to cook that much? I lack motivation to cook and I usually just resort to ordering pizza or making a sandwich. I also don't buy a lot of veggies or fruits because they will just go bad in my fridge and I'll throw most of them out. What do I do??

Hey! I liked the video very much!! BUT I'm a little concearned about the comments and the theme of the video as being "not perfect" and "down to earth", describing a perfect and healthy way of eating, which one should aim for. I mean every meal is self-prepared, no fast food or junk food, so there are restrictions. And this is where I struggle, you cannot say there should be no restictions in a healthy diet, when there are so many. Take chocolate and desserts for example, in my case a teaspoonful of chocolate flakes or a mini peace of cake would only increase the craving for more sweets... There are always things to sacrifice for a healthy way of eating.

Too much sugar which interferes with protein digestion. Too much fiber- irritates gut, bloats you, fatigues body, & interferes with all digestion. The human body can't digest cellulose because our stomach acid doesn't work on cellulose, so most nutrients in veggies are indigestible to the human body. For nutrients, eat animal products. For minerals eat fruit. To adjust your bodies PH, drink celery juice to lower it, lemons and fruits will raise it. Fire produces monoxides, you cook a bunch of your food, try cooking less like eating eggs raw or eating more veggies raw. You should check out Aajonus Vonderplanitz We Want to Live, and check out his lectures.
