I’ve been using WD-40 silicone on one side of my truck once a week for the last couple weeks and finally took the time to go online and found this video. Glad to hear I wasn’t doing anything harmful to any of my stoppers with lubricant, but I’ll definitely be investigating all those contact points to see if anything is out of line or missing. I can’t stand the sound when it dries up and starts again! Thanks for the video!

Another thing that can cause creaking/squeaking with leaf packs is dirt/dust building up between the leafs. It’s also a good idea to pressure wash the leafs & bushings, dry them if you have an air compressor then spray some silicone lube or white lithium grease though I preferred silicone lube because the white lithium stuff leaves behind an ugly white residue. Do not use standard wd-40 because If I’m not mistaken it eats up the rubber bushings over time.

That's cool Steve, just flex on us plebes with the custom radflos :) I don't have any squeaking, but when they do I have a better idea of hotspots to check. I've heard of liquid grease that comes in an aerosol but then dries into a thick grease consistency helps get into the cracks/bushings but I haven't been able to find that locally near me.

Pressure washer has always worked for me. Also hit them with some INOX during regular underbody cleaning.

what is the easiest way to remove the leaf? jack up the body and let the spring hang down? or jack up the diff?

Got a complete lift from these guys and i had to take out a few leafs from the add a leaf because it came with u bolts but not a new tie plate. They’ve been squeaking almost the entire time they’ve been installed. The factory bolts juuuust barely reached to where i could thread the nuts on.

Are you running degree shims? If so, which one and what degrees?

Yes the silver frontier is running our 2 degree axle shims.

Hi Billy, relocating shocks isn't as common on Nissan trucks as it is on Toyotas. You shouldn't have too much trouble fitting an adequate length shock on your Frontier

How “loose” can the clamps be? I loosened the nut in my parabolic leaf pack and it instantly stopped creaking. Is it ok to have that loosened up a bit?

Yep that is fine as long as the bolt is in there

I just installed the parabolic springs on my 2015 Tacoma and there is a horrific high-pitched squeak now

loosen the bolt on the side clamps and bent them away from the spring body. that should get rid of it.
