Humans! I get this question a LOT, so I thought I'd make a video about it. I'll be making an entire series answering commonly asked questions about Chameleons. Comment your questions and I'll try to get them in some videos :)

Saw a "When chameleon trusts you" and next this one. I like those pets but sadly I wouldn't have enough money to handle one of these, for having accommodation for them. I love those candy ones! But in terms of personality (every pet does one) I would like to have some friendly one but still it is about taking care to be more friendly probably. Cool video and definitely helps. :)

Thank you for watching multiple videos, it means a lot to me and youtube's algorithm as well. My conversion rate is really low, so thank you again for helping out. I'm glad you enjoyed them :)

I had a Jackson’s chameleon for about 2 years I found him on a construction site you could tell he was pretty old I didn’t know how to handle chameleons at the time so I didn’t rly have the right stuff to take care of him.

I didn't have the right stuff to take care of my first two, and it showed over time. The one you see in this video, I did him right. Spent about 3 grand to do it, but he's in a mansion with the best care I can possibly give him. Dude doesn't know how good he has it lol

From my experience so far I have a panther chameleon and it’s my first chameleon and he’s NOT hard to handle in fact if you get them juvenile they are quick to socialize and dare I say it WANT TO. I’ve had several occasions where my Cham waits for me to open his cage so he can come say hi and that’s not because I feed him as I feed him inside his enclosure and while I’m no Cham expert I can say for sure panthers are great to choose but require a lot of money for needs such as the right lamps, and their mister and such. Great attitudes and beautiful animals if you get one and want a Cham to chill with you get em young and spend money to give them the right equipment so they stay happy!

I have a Jackson chameleon he's fine but I don't think he trusts me I spray the cage with water and spray him with this spray that helps him not have dry skin and I feed him crickets
@TaylorShawn2 жыл бұрын
Chameleons skin is hydrophobic, spraying him doesn't help keep his skin from being dry. Proper hydration and humidity is how they keep their skin healthy. And calcium. They synthesize vitamin D3 with UVB.

Bearded Dragon, hands down.

Never had a beardy, but that's the general consensus. Chameleons are about the most difficult reptile you can care for.
