What Compromises Did MSI Make?! MSI Pro X870-P WiFi

I just ordered this and am waiting for it to get here. So excited. The compromises made really don’t bother me much since they most likely won’t affect me. The cheaper Asrock and Gigabyte motherboards I feel sacrifice too much bandwidth from their pcie and m.2 slots in comparison to this one

I know you shouldn’t buy a mb for the WiFi, but here we are, Wifi 7 ftw! Also prepping for 9800x3d and 5080 or 5090 for msfs 2024. Upgrading from 5800x and rtx3080. I’m expecting to be at max settings using quest 3. The bonus that I don’t think is possible is using WiFi over the cord for freedom of movement. Currently quest only supports 6e. Wifi7 is 4.8 times faster than 6e

I've got 2.5k lan, so I feel like it's not long before 5k lan drops. That 5k Lan is what has me sold.

I'm looking hard at this motherboard as I want to upgrade from AM4 as I don't overclock and I don't need RGB puke as I want to use it for flight simulator use. My only problem is I can't find 64 GB of RAM at 8200MT/S to use with the upcoming 9800X3D.

I agree that is overkill, but I am paying $205 for nonrgb CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 6400MHz

Is the 60 amps enough for a 9900X ? I see other boards have 80A
