Wow! Feeling so grateful. I had just listened to you on the Non-Duality Popcast with Nic and was so blessed by that and related to everything you both shared. I had “stumbled” upon IFS a while ago but longed for its blending with the non-duality understanding. That sharing with Nic was such a welcomed & joyful discovery.
