Ash-Greninja also appears in the Pokémon Sun & Moon demo. In that demo, you get a Greninja with the ability Battle Bond, which could be transferred to the final Sun & Moon. Battle Bond turns Greninja into Ash-Greninja after KO'ing a Pokémon with Greninja. OT is supposedly Ash, so it likely is supposed to be the same one from the anime. (By the way, that Greninja is gender-locked male, so yes, the fact is still valid.)

Yes it is, as Japanese grammar is nowhere CLOSE to English grammar. For example: Singular cat: ねこ (neko) Plural cat: ねこ (neko) It only looks and sounds weird to us because English is different and has so many connecting prefixes, suffixes, and other words that could easily just not be used at all.

If anything Japanese sounds like it would be a lot easier to learn if their sentence structure was the opposite of English as opposed to how jumbled up it actually is. From the perspective of a native English speaker that is. I am by no means saying that the sentence structure of the English language is normal or correct. When it comes to human language there's no such thing as normal or correct, the best we can do is figure how common features are relative to one and other.

Robin can also heal using nosferatu. The damage is fixed, the healing actually scale with their damage %. They can heal up to 96% in one attack making it the best healing in the game outside of items.

The most youll see in a real match is 10-21% healed but as a joke i did 999% and noticed you'll heal almost 100%

(Ash)Greninja was implemented in the main series Pokémon games for Sun and Moon's demo. You could then transfer this Greninja forward to the normal games. The Greninja is the only one with the ability "Battle Bond" which turns it into the Ash-Greninja form when a condition is met. This Pokémon can only be male, just like Ash's was in the anime.

I get your comment about Wii Fit having the only passive healing move but Wario can deliberately heal himself without other characters by chomping his bike, so I'd count him too. G&W and villager example should have been included in the wiki comment since you don't need items on to spawn the healing fruit, and Peach / Daisy can heal in their Final Smash, which doesn't necessarily require items either. Robin and Kirby can heal themselves without items but require another character to do so. In Robin's case, any character will do, and in Kirby's case it only works with projectile characters, either by eating the projectile or copying Wii Fit / Wario.

In Generation 7, male Greninjas can have the Battle Bond ability which does allow them to turn into Ash Greninja, so it’s probably more likely the Greninja in smash is one of these than Ash’s specific Greninja.

Ash Greninja technically isn't ONLY Ash's Greninja... "Ash Greninja" is the form a Greninja takes if it has the special ability "Battle Bond," which activates if you get a KO in battle. Its even possible through hacks to get a female or shiny version with the ability, so even though in lore and canon, Ash's Greninja is unique, in practice its _technically_ not. Ash's Greninja also doesn't have Shadow Sneak, Hyrdro Pump, or Substitute (even though it would be able to learn those moves... Ash's Greninja in the anime knows Aerial Ace, Double Team, and Cut instead). I would like to note that almost all starter Pokemon have an increased chance of being male rather than female (87.5% compared to 12.5%) so there's a high likelihood that its male anyways.

Joker's Rebel's Guard isn't really a "counter". It's similar to Incineroar's Revenge in that it has a special property that overrides knockback. For Rebel's Guard, it reduces damage greatly while also increasing his Rebellion gauge. It'll deal some damage if released right after taking a hit, but it doesn't actually counter. However, when Arsene is out, Rebel's Guard gets changed to Tetrakarn/Mekarakarn, which are counters, the former being an actual counter while the latter is a reflector.

Rebel's guard is actually coded as super armor with special effects on hit, which is why it reacts differently to some moves. Incineroar's revenge is actually also coded the same way, meaning it should have similar interactions. I also have a theory that counters do not trigger on moves that don't do damage, not wind box specifically. I've been messing with hitgrabs and it seems hitgrabs that don't do damage on the initial hit also don't trigger counters, while the ones that do trigger them normally.

I do have a smash fact I want to share. Ironically it's covering the same thing as my last one (Kazuya and the faulty combo counter). If you set the opponent's percentage to 336% or higher it thinks that a chain of Stature Smash and Demon Fist is true, despite being able to roll out after Stature Smash hits. So if you ever wanted to get an easy "infinite combo" with Kazuya, there you go

Many Japanese media often use the singular case of a word when the plural case would be more appropriate. See the infamous "Shine Get!" from Super Mario Sunshine. The reason for this is the concept of plurals does not exist in the Japanese language, meaning Japanese people often have to do some verbal gymnastics and listen to context clues to understand there is more than one of something. So it's not technically a horror game as such, but I did just finish a fun indie game with spoopy theming called Pumpkin Jack. It's a neat little 3d platformer that very much seems like a spiritual successor to games like Medievil and Maximo. Robin's Heal is the best Nosferatu can heal so much since it's formula is based on both players damage and he heals more when hitting someone's back

Wario can heal on his own, without the help of anyone else. 5:20. He just has to bike, jump off of it, eat it, and Voila! 1% healed! Peach and daisy can also heal alone with their final smash, but only if FS meter is turned on.
