I did 5 weeks of no weighing! “No Weigh November” ⚖️ what were my results? Did I lose weight? Will I go back to daily weighing?
I have started Intermittent Fasting after reading Fast. Feast. Repeat. This video shares my take and experience with what a clean fast is and why it's important. I cannot wait to continue seeing weight loss and health benefits from my daily clean Intermittent Fasting. Gin Stephen's book is amazing. I have been doing daily fasts (also known as time restricted feeding) for nearly 5 months.
