I did 5 weeks of no weighing! “No Weigh November” ⚖️ what were my results? Did I lose weight? Will I go back to daily weighing?
I have started Intermittent Fasting after reading Fast. Feast. Repeat. This video shares my take and experience with what a clean fast is and why it's important. I cannot wait to continue seeing weight loss and health benefits from my daily clean Intermittent Fasting. Gin Stephen's book is amazing. I have been doing daily fasts (also known as time restricted feeding) for nearly 5 months.

I found your channel yesterday and have been binge-watching. I'm 5'11" with a large frame and am very muscular--thanks to my warrior king ancestors--even at my age. My shoulders are my largest part and my hips are my smallest. I'll be 65 in a couple of months and I'm trying to regain some of my health after having COVID (Delta) in September 2021. COVID affected my heart and I was in A-Fib when I finally broke down and went to the hospital. Even with various meds, I would break out into A-Fib between 1-3 times per week--not fun--and finally had a cardiac ablation December 2021. It worked! No more A-Fib!!! I allowed myself some grace to heal and now it's time to get the rest of my weight off in a healthy way and I think intermittent fasting is a way I can live with the rest of my life. Because I know what I weighed and how I looked at those various weights in my teens and twenties, I'm setting a goal weight of between 160-170. I was actually quite slim back then. (150 is model slim on me and I was literally anorexic at 142...so ill, the doctor put me on bedrest.) I've done keto in the past and I know it's effective so I plan to throw some of that in the mix at times. At any rate, thanks for the inspiration!!!

I do that. I close early so i can eat earlier! It's easier for me...i don't like waiting til too late in the afternoon to start eating again. I love the flexibility! Especially not having to give up occasional wine/cocktails!

Watching your progress has really helped keep me going. I'm finishing up 6 weeks and my progress has been pretty negligible so far, but I'm just going to trust the process and hope I get where I want to be.

A lifestyle forever...a great narrative. Finishing the third week. Didn’t weigh at all. The clothes is looser. The walk is lighter. Would not weigh probably for another 5 months. Just enjoying the lighter feeling. Good enough. A forever lifestyle is really great.

I totally relate to the change in taste buds! I've been spitting some choice foods out, they taste so unappetizing. Today I wanted sweet potato taters and they tasted AMAZING.

I’m finding I can’t go back to milky coffees as well! I weigh everyday I also enjoy the data and it’s made me not get upset if I go up and down each day where I would have given up if scales had gone up. Thanks Jackie enjoying your videos

Am I correct, you do a 500 calorie day, every other day and your up day is consumed in a 6 hour window on the other days? Did you ever try 5:2? what were your results?

i'm pretty sure she only does a down day like once a week and immediately follows it with an up day with a 6 hour eating window. she does one meal a day the rest of the time.
