The SSI ruling was that i have tears in both my wrists and that is why they gave me my benefits. They didn't count my bad vision my bad knees and ankles and my schizophrenia to help me get my benefits. Then they reviewed my case and told me that my i had to have different reason or reasons to keep my benefits coming in. Right before all that i was fortunate and unfortunately having terrifying schizophrenic episodes in which i was hospitalized twice and began seeing a psychiatrist regularly and got right back on my antipsychotics. They allowed me to keep my benefits for the remainder or the year. Fast forward to this week and now they sent me a CD-R and 4 pages to complete stating what meds im on and Drs i see also including my work history. I think they are going to try to stop my benefits and i find this very disappointing and stressful being that I and my wife currently have to budget our finances and generally live paycheck to paycheck. If we struggle to save money now getting my benefits how much more difficult would it be if the SSI stop me from receiving my much needed and only source of income.

I flop around like a fish , Only have an old tub I can not get into , No Shower since 2007 , I try lighting my smoke with Water , Food builds up in my fridge until I get help lifting it to a trash bin , Bot flies are living in my skull m they come out the base of my neck and the Hanger holes at the top areas and leave egg sacks in any dibits , it hurts when they hatch , I have extreme vertigo and catch myself falling alot , My Mom is old and she does all of my laundry and brings me Ice . My EBT was cut down to 60.00 a Months and my Nutritional Health is shot out . When I started SSI in 07 it was 671,40 ... Now it is 861.00 a Month but they take out 2 Dollars for a paper statement witch I need for other benefits like MSD Sewer , Heating Help and EBT . So I miss trash days , Have night strokes where I bite hole into my tongue , I use a system to take my Diabetic meds , I have to be at the bottles 3 times a day at my Home , I need help with shopping and Lawn care , If this next cola is not enough , and My depression pills I keep changing don't Help Much , idk what I'll do? I have no will to End it all , but I see myself doing it thousands of times a day . I get anger bouts ...I had over 19 quarters and one needs 20 in and missed SSDI by a Quarter point . But I Pray .

This whole process is what keeps some people disabled with all this absurd anxiety and pressure they put on people, many of whom have cognitive disabilities in the first place. And they expect them to get better? lol

Anon Mason the drama and poverty demands Have given me severe anxiety. The SSA ruins initiative and incentive to succeed. They cut my SSI. THEY wouldn't approve my business plan. The way I see it is they want us poor and helpless. I invested a lot in my business & lost it all. To them that's nothing.

Anon Mason thank you that's exactly how I feel I've been trying to do everything in my power not to get anxiety from this but I suffer from anxiety and insomnia it's 5:46 a.m. I live in Florida and this s*** is been on my mind for the last month. I'm coming out for a review in June and they and I've been making minimum wage and I work 20 to 25 hours a month under $840. But they're saying that I'm learning 840 which is not true so they're using my work trial. It's all messed up and it's too late for me to fight it because I didn't have enough time to get down there in person so now I'm even more stressed out

Great information in your videos. I'm in the process of a review. I've filled out lots and lots of forms, now I'm scheduled for a physical and mental exam by doctor's they've selected. Is this part of their normal process even though I have up to date medical records from oncologist and primary physician?

My SSI reviews were originally every 3 years. Now, SSA changed to yearly reviews. This is too stressful. I have just past a CDR 11 months ago. Now, Hit with another CDR.

I have my son in SSI. He was diagnosed with autism and zquisoid personally disorder. He's also diabetic takes insulin twice a day. He has severed anxiety attacks and takes medication. He's receiving alot of help.

Benefits were awarded, but CDR was 1 year later. Will they do a CDR every 12 months or will they consider the 3 year timeframes next time?

My awards letter said I could get a review in 5 to 7 years. That was in 2019.I got a notice of the review that year. My counselor filled the papers they sent me out. They replied that they weren't going the do the review, but would keep the information from my counselor and doctor just in case they changed their minds.It's been 2 years and no notice from them. I turned 62 in 2021. Should I or could I expect another review before my full retirement age of 66 and 10 months?

I have been on disability for six years. and never had a review until now. there is no way in God‘s green earth I can go back to work. I have had three spinal surgeries. and got small fiber neuropathy. and now I got to go see a psychologist on Tuesday. this makes us more depressed anxiety only makes things worse for us. and I hope they see this only makes things worse for us does not help us.

I had a CDR my problem is i didnt have reliable insurance until recently. What does that mean for me? Also my question is how do they process for someone like me who has Borderline Personality Disorder ADD ODD panic anxiety disorder and learning disablity in math and reading comprehension yet has not been to a psych visit due to lack of insurance. Am i at risk of lossing benefits???

I was on disabillity and after 3 years i got my papers in january 2016 for my reveiw and sent not 1 but 2 copies of the papers fill out and still never got any word from them not a paper saying yes or no on my disabillity and aint heard from them since and as of march 2016 my checks quits comming

I got a CDR form, returned it, and the response was that they will not review my case at this time. Does this mean I didn't have a CDR ?(so the benchmark date is the previous one). Mostly I'm wondering how to know if I'm on the 3yr, 5yr, etc cycle for review. ty

they took away my benefits before their it was a review done on my status of disability is that right is that fair is that what they normally do I never got a letter stating that it was canceled they just said I need to fill out the paperwork I did and then I got a letter from a lady wanting more paperwork and I'm going into the social security office to talk to them personally but they stopped my benefits in February and it is now April almost May and they are still reviewing my disability

The SSA typically will continue reviewing a disability case until retirement. I know that's tough but once you are approved for SSA, you have an ongoing duty to keep proving you are disabled.
