Some of these AI videos have bad information: (6:49-7:31) like adding 60 grams of sugar and milk to an already ripe banana to make banana milk. There is an existing Ai video advising not to mix bananas with cows milk so take the advice carefully. Fruit should be eaten 2 hrs after a meal on its own .
