Hello, I have a question. I have been practicing yoga regularly (3-4 times a week) for two years, always in the morning before work. But for the last few months, I don't have the energy to get out of bed or exercise, and the same when I get home. What can be done about it? I miss yoga and my body feels it too. well thank you

Consider where you might be feeling depleted in your day to day life, sleep/nutrition/stress etc. And perhaps your yoga can be more gentle and restful during this time while you take stock and gain your energy back.
