What I ate to break my 7-Day Water Fast - RE-FEEDING + 7 day waterfast

Welcome to my channel, I am Lynne. I have just completed a 7-day water fast and in this video I will share with you day 1 re-feed.
The day started with some Cuban coffee adding soy milk, 1/2 serving of sea moss and lions mane mushroom powder. My first meal was 1 boiled egg and 1/2 an avocado with a dill pickle that I could not finish.
Second meal was a small serving of cucumbers and tomatoes with a dash of fermented sauerkraut. It was delicious.
Dinner was steamed broccoli and the best chicken sausage I have had to date. It was fully cooked, but I like a little char on my sausages. It was amazing.
Lastly a leafy green salad; romaine, the cucumber/tomato mix, sprinkle of chopped walnuts, hemp seeds, a boiled egg and lastly topped with another pickle.
My goal today was to get as many essential nutrients as possible without stuffing myself. I had a small loose bowel movement after the first meal and fine the remainder of the day.
For the next couple of days, I will add a little lean protein and continue focusing on healthy fats, probiotics, and fiber. As well as continuing with Intermittent Fasting.
