finally my what I eat in a day video... I do eat at least one of these recipes DAILY.. I am a creature of habit. Today was a lower protein day for me which I’m noticing looking back but normally I will eat fish once or even twice and have a yogurt protein shake before veggies or after gym. This type of eating (intermittent fasting & decreasing calories) has really assisted me on this journey and has changed the way I feel about food and my body! I hope you enjoy and recreate at least ONE recipe!!

RECIPES: ( I DONT MEASURE I JUST TASTE AND ADD MORE OR LESS)
lunch:
2 bell peppers (must be organic they taste better)
2 Persian cucumbers
handful of blueberries
Trader Joe's goddess dressing
second lunch:
one bulb of fennel
1 naval orange
1 blood orange
1 avocado
chopped pistachios
*feta if you want
the juice from the juices as the dressing with olive oil
salt & pepper
early dinner:
tomato soup from Whole Foods...
dinner:
1 cauliflower (placed in airfryer for 15 min on 375)
parsley, smoked paprika, and coriander
salt & pepper
1 date chopped
pistachios
tahini dressing: 2 hefty taplespoons of tahini, half juice of lemon, salt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, as much water as you need to thin it out
90 minute brown rice
frozen kind bars: mint chocolate & raspberry

Intermittent fasting changed my life! I eat in a time window and have way better digestion and feel the desire to eat healthier ❤❤ hope this video helps!!! Remember I live a very sedentary life. I work from home and some days don’t get to work out… if you’re burning more calories then me make sure to incorporate more calories & protein! I eat for my specific life and desires 💋

Ladies, remember to fast according to your cycles, if possible, particularly for my ladies in their 30s and beyond. Estrogen and progesterone are affected by the duration of a fast and the types of calories consumed. For further education on female fasting, look up Dr. Mindy Pelz ❤

I’ve tried intermittent fasting before, it gets hard when my schedule gets in flux as a bartend a lot and it’s hard to not eat after 8. But your videos have given me the kick to try again! I was losing weight and lost 10 pounds but I’ve been stuck in 165-170 for almost 2 months now and know I need to do something different to change. I love the disclaimer that you put in the comment because it is a good reminder that we need to ADAPT your suggestions to OUR needs, just as you found how this works for you.

Yeah I’m going to pick up that dressing.. it’s difficult for me to eat vegetables plain because I get worried that the dressing will be counterproductive and make me gain weight 😢

Love this! I too have lost a lot of weight intermittent fasting went from 232 to now 138 crazy I know! I fast for 22 hours a day 2 hour eating window to lose . To maintain I fast for 20 hours 4 hour feeding window. I love fasting more than eating now lol smh 😩🤣🙌🏾💪🏾

You're an advanced faster, I can only do 11 am to 7pm :) I started fasting because of your videos and I started at 181 lbs 01/01/24 and now I'm 168.4lbs 02/01/24 thanks to you! So hopefully I reach my goal by June to be 135lbs or at least 140lbs. I also had a bad day yesterday by eating poorly but I still kept my fasting schedule :) But watching videos like these keeps me motivated and eating clean. I noticed if I don't pack my lunch I can resort to eating unhealthy so I remind myself to prepare my lunch at night for work.

SO STOKED for this vid for inspo! Thanks to just implementing IF I have already lost somewhere between 8-10lbs within the first month. haven’t been checking the scale too much (except for last week when I saw I was down 8lbs) but people have commented that my face looks skinnier and my voice sounds lighter 🤣 I’m excited to have inspo for this next month as I dial it in now that birthday and holidays are over :) EDIT: finished the video and so excited to try the cauliflower steaks! Ooooh! Honestly, the Citrus Salad and Air Fried Cauliflower are a little different than what I’m used to but I’m definitely willing to try them out. A nutropath told me not everyone should do intermittent fasting like if you uave pcos or diabetes you are insulin resistant so eating breakfast is important. i tried it once. glad it works for you.

Tip: fennel is great for gut health but if you guys hate the way raw fennel tastes (I really do) roast it first with some onion powder then put it in the salad and it removes a lot of the harsh licorice taste :)

Hailey, I just recently found you and love love love your content. You are so positive and upbeat and just a little breath of fresh air. ❤ I do have one *quick* safety suggestion though ... I learned to slice avocados the same way you do here, but you need to set it down and hold it by the sides only. If the knife tip cuts through the the avocado skin and across your palm, it might cause a nerve-damaging injury. 😢

Because juice breaks a fast I have been just drinking water until my eating window opens but it's amazing to see your results even though you break your fast with juice at 9, I'm gonna try! Would be awesome to have something outside of water sometimes & break my fast without it slowing my results. Thanks for this gonna try & see if it works for me!

Yea it does technically break a fast ❤ but pressed juice cannot make you fat it’s almost impossible. Which is why I still lost drastically

I may be dumb, but where is the protein? I see lots of veggies and fruits which is great but protein is so essential and I don't see this being filling... no hate just interested

O M G Hailey I tried the c steak recipe...it is AMAZING!! Thank you so much for the recipe! I made it in the oven. I had it with a little rice and a sweet potato...geez was it good! You were so right.
