You are correct, wheat is so foreign for the body and you are also correct with the symptoms of gut health. I’m so proud of you for understanding that getting blood work done and allergy tests done are important to check before you change your diet. You gotta literally see what’s going on first haha. Thank you for the code and pushing me to get a gut health test done! I learned last yeear that based on my blood type a vegetarian/vegan diet is best for me. I tried veganism a couple years ago and it was the best i've ever felt but because I cut it ccold turkey i didn't stick with it, but hopefully after I recieve m results I can start my journey again! thanks! when I talk about my personal gut issues, I am referring to ibs- which is what I've suffered from since I was a small child. I think leaky gut could be considered a gut issue tho for sure. it's just not necessarily what I'm referring to.

I don’t remember seeing any suggested probiotics. I do know that is a feature they offer tho. But I do currently take a probiotic that has been working for me for almost over a year now.

Processed sugar is what you should be concerned about, not sugar from fruit.

would you mind one day making a video for food suggestions/smoothies for people with IBS? i currently still eat chicken, fish, and turkey and I want to switch to plant based just to see if it’ll help me. I’m so tired of being sick every week due to this diagnosis but I’m wondering if meat is also contributing which I’m sure it is.

I’ve cut out dairy for the most part but I do slip up occasionally and it’s usually by eating something with cheese in it. and of course i had a cheese pizza last night and I’m literally sick as a dog this morning. So i know i need to be disciplined and strictly be done with dairy all together.

That's happened to me before, you just need to replace the battery on your smoke detector. Also, those Smoothies and juices are giving me life rn! I used to love drinking beet juices a few years back, I might pick up some more on today's shopping trip! Thanks for the inspiration! 💕

What's that juice you poured in that smoothie. Bottle juices are loaded with sugar, people becareful listening to these folk. If you are diabetic you cant be pouring sugar in stuff. This is why she never post recipes like other plant based people do. That way you can research the products before you buy them. SMH!!!!!!

you must be new here? it's pure apple juice, sugar free. I actually usually include both recipes and ingredients in the description box. I've never told anyone to eat what or how I am eating. And yes, you should always do your research before implementing new things into your lifestyle regardless of who videos/content you are watching.
