At 37 weeks in my vegan pregnancy, I'm feeling energized, sleeping well, and still staying active. Follow along with me for a day of all-things EatMoveRest, and see what I eat in a day to stay nourished and hydrated in my 3rd trimester, during the winter.

I really feel like the dates helped me during labour/delivery absolutely! I’m not going to say it was pain free by any means, but pain does not define my memory of it and I am certainly not afraid to do it again.

I wish I saw this earlier!!! I'm 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant and have been eating so much junk food and drinking soda amd chips all the time!! Wish I was like u and eating like u when I first found out I was pregnant! I stopped working out during my pregnancy bc my mom had told me it wasnt good to do while pregnant but now I know otherwise bc u look absolutely amazing and healthy amd are radiating sunshine!! Thank u so much now I feel inspired to do the same for the last few weeks of my pregnancy in preparation for my first baby boy 😍🙏💝😘

You are amazing :) i'm 18 weeks pregnant, i can't stand meat or fish since first week of pregnancy so i will enjoy those meal :) i keep going to the gym tel now i gained only 1 kg so im very happy :)

I’m something between 20 and 22 years vegan ~ happy that way ; you’re beautiful …I haven’t experienced pregnancy yet ..I was told terrible things about vegan pregnancy.. really upset me … just want to see how real people did it in their own authentic way

Other than nausea, pregnancy was fine! It’s no different than any other pregnancy! If you’re doing a WFPB vegan diet it can be greatly beneficial as well!

Hi Erin dusty & bo! Great video thank you so much for sharing! I am a new vegetarian for the past 2 yrs now. With slips a few times. I am 9weeks pregnant and can’t seem to have an appetite for any of my usual lentils, chickpeas, colorful salads. My nausea is calming down now. I have only been able to down smoothies, that’s what I have been having for breakfast & dinner. And some fruits in between. I see you pack your smoothies with a lot of powder formulas, would you mind sharing which are they and what are they for. And any tips on getting my appetite back...I have been trying ginger candies and tea but not much help...thank you!

Can you eat papaya during pregnancy? I heard that papaya may cause miscarriage? I'm on my first trimester yay! And fruits ita all I want/can eat

What do you do for magnesium? I have been taking magnesium glycinate, do you have a preference? I take the same kind of multi but not prenatal and it doesn't have hardly any in it. Also, I can't stand cold foods or fruits in the winter, do you have any savory meal ideas or full day of eating vids? I'll go check out now, but would like to see more if you can, thanks!

@@fairywar Oh really? I always read you had to eat like two cups of nuts to get the bare minimum amount, if you can absorb it well. Hmmm, will research some more.

Shauna Carpenter I've never heard of that nut-magnesium relationship. I know fat soluble vitamins (E, D, A) need fat for proper absorption but not magnesium. Oats and all whole grains, quinoa, spirulina, spinach, swiss chard, avocados, bananas, all leafy greens, squash, beans, etc are awesome sources of magnesium. In any case if you are worried about magnesium you could try Epsom Salt baths, as magnesium is much better absorbed through the skin than in the digestive tract :)

What's the difference between coconut aminos and liquid aminos soy replacement

blueberrychocolate bible coconut aminos is soy free, less sodium, and has a sweet/salty taste as opposed to just overly salty! I like it much better!

We have chosen to delay thus far. We are not anti-vax, necessarily, but we are against the fact that they don't do enough testing and that there are so many harmful chemicals added to them!

@eatmoverest How did you manage to eat so much food at dinner? I‘m seriously wondering🤔 Did you eat one bowl of the rainbow salad and almost one plate with potatoes, quinoa and the vegetables just by yourself? You’re so tiny. It’s great that you can eat that much, especially during the end of your pregnancy, but I would be full after the salad😀 I‘m having some trouble to eat enough calories - I‘m trying raw till 4 at the moment. Do you have any tips for me? PS: Another thing, I would LOVE to buy the sunwarrior protein powder but I checked their site and it looks like they only ship to the U.S. (I‘m from Germany) Is there any chance I could get the product? I have already checked Amazon as well, no chance 😭

Definitely eat a high volume diet!! Being highly active and breastfeeding with a high metabolism is what does it! Tips to get calories in...smoothies! It’s a great way to load up! Try for breakfast! Also make sure to start fueled on fruity carbs during the day and starchy carbs like potatoes and sweet potatoes at night!
