The amount she is eating is definitely NOT starving yourself. She’s eating a lot of food with protein and nutrients which keeps you full longer. Most Americans spend their entire lives eating empty carbs all day which isn’t healthy.

You guys need to understand that she earns her living with her looks. Most of us don't. So if she doesn't look after herself, they won't book her, hence she won't be able to buy all this lovely, healthy food, pay her rent, or travel the world. She obviously has wonderful genetics and probably comes from a health conscious family/upbringing. You can tell that she not only eats healthy because of her job, but because she learned it from a very young age onwards. Fresh food, a good balance of nutrients and so on. Everything she prepares, is fresh. No packaged food, no crap. I am happy she is showing us part of her life, and everybody, with or without the genetics, could live a healthy life-style like that. You don't have to be a model to do so, lol !!!

You aced it! I'm honestly tired of people wondering why she lives such a lifestyle. Also, she's one of the very few really beautiful women in the modeling industry--most modern models are either hired because of how popular they're on social media (regardless of their physical attractiveness, and most of them are either plastic or above average at best in terms of looks), and others because of a distinct facial feature. People are jealous, you can't blame them. This girl got it all--pretty face, distinct features, height, etc.

My entire Indian family and every Indian family they've ever known, 80% people in these families cook on their own. Not instant foods, real cooking. Anddddd all 80% got some kind of diet related issue like, need to restrict salt usage (high Blood Pressure), reduce carbs (cholesterol levels, sugar levels out of control), hormonal problems (which often stems side by side by one of earlier said 3), etc. So yea, no, in my experience of 50+ relatives, let alone the people these relatives have came across, People who can cook are either REALLY HEALTHY or REALLY UNHEALTHY in some ways. Never in-between. Cuz whatever their tastebuds and mindset prefers, they can just cook it up right? Meanwhile people who can't cook, as long as they don't buy the unhealthy stuff, it will be easier to curb unhealthy routines. Like, I've controlled more than 10 or 15 different unhealthy parts of my lifestyle, half of which were diet related, not knowing much cooking is what helped me. But yea, now I'm trying to learn a little more cooking, so I'll be fcked soon.

Dear young impressionable girls, please remember that you have value that is not based on how you look. Nothing against this beautiful model or this video, but she got a lot of help from her genetics. How do you think she got scouted? Please just eat healthy and don't restrict yourself to achieve something impossible while neglecting urself and loved ones for the sake of something so superficial.
@bubbles020106 жыл бұрын

Swanepoel Candice Sure, but unless you're 6 feet tall, workout everyday and have her body distribution you most likely will NOT look like her (which some people literally want to have the exact same body as her, hence the #bodygoals comments on so many of these videos). I work out everyday and eat healthy, am a size 2 and I watch these videos for the food (which looks really yummy!) But to make my body look like this model's, I would have to restrict and work out tons more (don't even want to imagine it). That's what we mean; very few people can achieve a body that looks exactly like her's, even with consistent exercise and healthy eating. Wanting to be healthy and fit is not a problem; wanting to have the same body as a super model (and going to extremes to achieve that) is
@JESSICA904846 жыл бұрын
K Julieeya She’s showing people that besides good genetics, she works for her aesthetics but most importantly whatever she feeds her body is actually great for her, also tastes great, and she doesn’t actually starve. Girls need to understand that. These girls train hard and don’t necessarily starve. When you feed your body good things, you glow. And when you can combine good things together to make something taste good, you’re not depriving yourself of anything. It’s also her career to look good. You may find it shallow or “superficial” but that’s her career. Runway samples don’t vary in size because collections are supposed to be presented as if they were on a hanger (but in human form). That’s why most models are a 0-2. It’s a logistical nightmare to have so many different castings and fittings for size 0-12 for one show. But in case of the VS Fashion show, everything is couture and custom fitted many months more ahead of time and could easily accommodate different body types and heights...which is actually upsetting.

I loved all of your meals, and homemade granola is absolutely everything 😍😍 it’s so good! But using floss in the oven is definitely not a good idea... floss is not made to be heated, and even though it were, heating plastic is really unhealthy! I would advise to use thread (I think any thread can be used, but special thread for cooking are made and they’re super cheap!). That’s not the point of this video at all, don’t any of you stop to think that maybe she didn’t want to look this way? That she grew up feeling awkward because of this and modeling was her way of embracing her body type? Why did we even have to bring up her body??? It is a complete waste of product to put Honey on the granola and they bake it at 200 C. Honey turns into regular sugars and looses all of its good qualities over 40 C. So you could use normal sugar just the same. Or save your honey an eat it non-heat treated to get the best out of it
@monkeyman24076 жыл бұрын
mihi I thought the same thing the first time I made granola myself ( I've been preparing granola for my family for about a year.) I've used real sugar & molasses and it is very good, but I've lost my taste for refined white sugar & have tried turbanado with a few drops of agave, but my favorite is sugar free maple syrup with about half a teaspoon of molasses. I'm absolutely crazy about honey, but the good stuff is so pricey (like good maple syrup & agave) & I prefer to really enjoy it in a non heat treated way, where I can really taste it. Do you happen to know of any good substitutes for honey in granola (that won't break the bank lol). Have a great day!
@HerEyesWereGreen6 жыл бұрын
honestly i just like the unique taste that honey gives. Not so much the sweetness, but that distinct taste. I get what you're saying and you're right, you'd be better off putting it on the granola when it is has cooled but isnt completely cold but... I dunno xD I put it in my tea, too, which ruins the health properties. But it tastes darn good :D
