I wanted to tell you if you have a phobia with chiropractors, find one that uses a machine called "The Pro Adjuster". There is no manual manipulation at all. It's all done with taps from a machine. I've been having my chiropractor adjust me in this way for over 10 years. No fears. No pain. Just results. I bet they have a chiropractor in Tennessee that uses this machine.

Oh yea ... I am glad you finally got some of the Chili for your hotdogs... we talked about that in the past and how you used to eat it ... I also like to use the can Corn Beef and add that in the a bag of slaw mix and cook it all together for a fast corn beef and cabbage :-)

We have same ice cream maker- found it for a killer outlet price one day, got lucky w/my timing on Amazon. Love how quickly we have ice cream, & how I can even manage to get 2 batches out of one tub freeze. That way we have portioned containers in freezer for the week- aka, dessert prep I guess. Also, speaking of deals @Dollar Tree, do not neglect checking any local private type discount stores you may have, or like the "Smart Shopper" Grocery Outlet, etc. We have been finding Lilly's chocolate chips/bars/snacks for $.50 to $1, Fat Snax, Choc Zero, Hi Key, Sir Kensington, Primal Kitchen, Chosen, Pork Panko etc .for incredible low prices! Not out of date, not opened- nothing like that. At the one store -Peoria Discount Grocery- the owner confirmed my suspicions that a lot of times the prices are so high at regular grocery stores, the stores can't sell them. So they offload pallets of this stuff to liquidation warehouses & private discount stores snatch it up for pennies, then sell it to us for nickels & dimes~ Yay everyone, right?! *Just ordered that NAIPO device Kristi, via your link~ I've done so much research on various ones, had it finally narrowed down to 3 of them!~ Been looking at that thing for months now- cannot believe you just showed it in your post~ SOLD =) Thanks so much for your "review" as well- SO excited to get that thing. My Dollar Tree had no Bang or Premier Protein. They did have some other kinds of energy drinks but way too many calories. Burnt hot dogs are the only way to go! Are the Hilo spicy salsa chips spicy flavor or heat type spicy? I don't do heat but do like lots of flavor.

I eat Rebel ice cream twice a day, Quest bars, Quest chips, Salt n Vinegar pork skins and diet soda....I'm Down 70 pounds and I was 330..... I refuse to be miserable 😖.... Dirty lazy keto works.... just reduce carbs..... Could I have lost weight quicker? Yes! But at what expense? Faking like broccoli us so tasty and over exaggerating how good bullet proof coffee is. Nope!!! I gather recipes from everywhere and keep me full and happy. My favorite treat is peanut butter cookies and yogurt with diet soda 😁😁😁

Get some Eden canned black soy beans and make baked beans with them. they have 8 carbs per serving but 7 grams of fiber. No flavor but it you add stuff to them they take on flavor.
