Crystal. I used to love crocs but be careful. Last Nov I was walking just like you but on a gentle slope which was wet. Crocs have no grip. I slipped and broke my leg and foot!! No hiking, cycling and running for 9 months. Plus the humiliation of replying to people that my accident was caused by wearing crocs, not even by a sporting injury😫

Inspiring and yummy stuff! With any luck I will start to feel better on a healthy plant-based diet. I have terrible fatigue when I eat healthily, and feel much better when I eat sugary junk! I need to stick to the former and allow my body to adjust... but it's so tough. I think it's an insulin sensitive issue and I am pre-diabetic (only just). The junk food calls to me and I live near to plenty of food shops. I go up and down by 20 pounds constantly 😥 I'll keep trying. Thanks for the videos.

Hello! Your meals always look so delicious… So are all the ingredients that you buy Whole Foods no additives plant-based? I’m wondering about that balsamic reduction sauce… I am fanatical about balsamic vinegar and that would be an amazing addition. Also, your pitas… Are they made with Oil?
@Simnettnutrition2 күн бұрын
Everything I eat is vegan, including the products I use! Although I am not sure if everything is additive free, it depends on what additives you mean. The balsamic reduction is by the company Nonna Pia and it's great. The pita's are oil free.

Love the crocs 😂🤣 You should try the Insta 360 X4 camera. It does not have a gimbal, but have a very stable horizon. It takes up way less space and you do not have to hold it vertical. It beat gimbal cameras while recording action videos - as well as being recording in 360 degree. You can put on an invisible selfie stick, so it is like a cameraman walking in front of you.

ok.... so I just have to say, you are looking fabuous! I last watched your videos when you were mostly doing plyometrics and basic movement. I say this now, and offer the compliment, because my son (who also lives on Vancouver Island) and I are in standing dissagreement over bodybuilding - naturally - as a vegan. He argues that it can't be done. I used to site Nimai as an example but my son called basically called him a 'one-of'. I will point him in the direction of your videos to see if he will allow me the 'I told you so...' (smiley face). And again... great job!!! And way to go on promoting the WFPB lifestyle. Cheers.
