Can u replce coconut milk with regular milk?
@SheenasKitchen5 жыл бұрын
Hey Mwenda, if we are talking flavour profile then NO as coconut milk has a very unique taste therefore the dish woudnt becalled a coconut lentil without coconut. However if you dont take coconut milk or just dont have some then I suppose you could use milk which i would advise you mix with some cornstarch so as it thicken the dish because milk is very light and does not thicken as it cooks and your dish honestly just woudnt have the right taste.... Personally it woud not be my first choice of substitution, i would opt for cream(double/cooking cream), yoghurt as both would thicken the sauce, add some creaminess and richness to the dish. Plus I would also use stocks before using regular milk. Hope that helps.

If you encounter a chef recommending refined flours (ugali, wheat, soya) , the so called vegetables which are typically seeds oils, all forms of sugars and still saying its a 'healthy' meal, then just know you are as ignorant as they are.

Eggs are not healthy..
@SheenasKitchen4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your feedback...I dont know what your dietary needs are, so they might not be healthy for you, however for me and alot of other people, they are a great source of fat and protein, and I also enjoy eating them, choose what works for you👍
@tokyococo69962 жыл бұрын
False. Egg is one of the healthiest and best sources of protein
