+candice cutchin There is a reason behind the fact that people try to introduce veganism to other people. It's not just 'people trying to push what they believe in down people's throat'. It's not a idea, nor an opinion, it is fact that supporting the meat dairy and egg industry is really bad. Also 'you should trying looking into veganism' isn't trying to make other people vegan, it's to try to educate people on the matter. Then they can do the choice to continue supporting the meat/dairy/egg industry knowing the reality behind it, or not and going vegan, as long as they know and are educated, that's what matters

Most vegans actually don't. 99.9% of vegans AREN'T high carb vegans and don't know what RT4 is, you know. Most vegans eat a ton of beans, oil, etc. and typically have approx the same macronutrient ration as someone who follows a standard American dietþ

Hi Becca, I love your channel. Can you do more what I eat in a day and recipe videos? Also, CAN you also increase the frequency of videos release? One question: do you wear sunblock every day? do you wear it outside or also at home? DO you just apply it in the morning or every time you go out? what kind of brand? I am not a big fan of sunblock of makeups cos I think they kind of bring my skin a lot of burdens. But I am constantly told that sunblock is very important or else you will get tanned. Also, do you use makeup removals to remove your sunblock at night?Looking forward to your response.

Just ran an 8km race today in Tampa. Can you share what your mile pace is for that half marathon? I'd like work my way up to that in 2017. I like these videos - can't seem to suppress the appetite, especially in the late afternoon and evening. Looking forward to the stew video demonstration.....

Awesome! The half marathon I did a couple years ago I finished in 2:06. I ran around 10 minute miles (+/- ..it varied a bit by mile). I also get hungry in the afternoon! My biggest tip would be to have a healthy snack that you enjoy and then move on and get your mind off food..staying busy will keep you from overeating/snacking unnecessarily.

Nope I never count calories. I eat a balanced diet with foods from each group, and I base what I eat on how hungry I am/how I feel. And I don't really have any "worries" when it comes to food. The more you avoid processed foods, the less you have to worry about added fat and added sugar.

I have been taking them on and off, but my hair has defffinitely grown a decent amount! I've been using some new products too to repair my hair which has made a world of difference! I will be doing a whole video on it in the future once I get my hair to my goal length :)

All these "go vegan" comments aren't really asking her to be vegan, they are telling her to be plant based, you can't just suddenly decide to be vegan, vegan means you have no leather, or products made in conjunction with animal use. Going vegan takes thought and shouldn't be done on a whim or used as a diet, it is a lifestyle, not a trend.

+Jenna Taylor also once you up your intake of whole foods (especially lots of veggies) you start to lose the taste for processed/sugary/high fat foods. I still enjoy them on occasion don't get me wrong! But I find I don't want to totally gorge on them, a small portion is enough to satisfy me! :)

There's absolutely nothing Australian about Aussie Bites! I've never seen anything quite like them here. I'm guessing they're meant to be a healthy version of Anzac biscuits, which is a traditional Australian cookie.

Isn't a marathon 40km (25 miles) or something not 20km (13 miles) ??

+DontTellPorkies X A marathon is 26.2 miles, the day I filmed this video we ran 13.1 miles (half marathon) for one of our training runs!
